This stone built barn conversion is located near to Barnard Castle and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Low Shipley Cottage is a stone built barn conversion situated just four miles from Barnard Castle in County Durham. Hosting two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, this property can sleep up to four people. There is a kitchen/diner, a utility, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and shared use of a lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Set in beautiful countryside, Low Shipley Cottage is a lovely holiday home in the north of the Yorkshire Dales.

Amenities: Oil central heating, underfloor heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sorry, no smoking. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for two cars. Bike storage. The town is on the site of a Roman ford, which crosses the river, plus the medieval ruins of the castle and the cobble streets, yards, and back lanes are well worth seeing. From the town, there is excellent walking with The Pennine and Teesdale Ways, River Tees and the waterfalls at High Force all nearby.
