An exceptional home away from home in Barranco
360 degree comfort meeting even the most demanding guest.
Some of the highlights include 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, high ceilings, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, LCD screen tv, DVD player, along with contemporary furniture throughout.
The combined living/dining room has three comfortable leather sofas from which you can view cable tv or your own DVDs on a LCD screen.
On one side, a stylish large dining table can seat up to eight so you can entertain if you wish. This room has wide sliding doors giving onto a balcony overlooking the quiet side street and view of the sea.
The large kitchen opens to the rear, with an island split-level granite countertop, built-in cabinets, a stainless steel gourmet gas cooker and an American-sized refrigerator.
To one side, there is a small laundry room containing a GE washing machine and dryer,
A bedroom at the front has a double and a single bed, both with high quality mattresses, ample built-in closet space and its own bathroom with shower, bathtub, washbasin and toilet.
A corridor leads to a larger bedroom at the rear, with one queen-sized bed again with high quality mattress. This bedroom has a large rear window with an ocean view across the bay towards the district of Chorrillos to the south. There is an ensuite bathroom with shower, full-sized bathtub, twin washbasins, toilet, and a walk-in closet.
There is also a visitor's bathroom with washbasin and toilet.
The apartment has hardwood flooring throughout the living and sleeping areas with tiling in the kitchen and bathrooms. All fittings are contemporary high-specification
