You are minutes to North Conway, Story Land, Attitash, Cranmore…… minutes to everything! Walk out the back door & hit the cross-country ski trails. In the summer, you can walk to the Saco river, or enjoy the outdoor pool/tennis. Wireless internet available & you can even bring your dog (there’s a run already set up outside)

My baby, toddler, husband and I stayed here in august to visit Storyland, Diana's Baths etc. The location is perfect, close to everything, quiet, and the condo is spacious and has everything a family with young children could need: a high chair, crib, white noise machines, toys, kids movies, even sippy cups and baby spoons! Our only complaint were the beds: hard as a rock and nearly impossible to sleep on. That and the blinding light from the skylights made for terrible sleeping. We almost left the rental because of it. The condo is so beautiful and well appointed that there is no reason to have plank-board beds. The grill was a little rusted out also. If the beds had been more comfortable and there were blinds, it would have been a truly perfect stay. Neighbors were friendly and gave great recommendations on avoiding traffic, restaurants etc.

this is the 2nd time we've stayed in this unit. It has everything we need & then some. It is clean, bright, airy & comfortable. There is even a toyroom for little kids, and a washer & dryer. Convenient to all the ski areas, plus if you're a x-country or snowshoe-er, there are groomed trails right behind the unit.

This condo had everything you could need or want for the family and children. It was very neat and clean and had a full room of toys for the kids. It's location was phenomenal with only a 5-10 min ride to Cranmore and attitash.
We look forward to staying there again! -

This condo we stayed in was beautiful and had everything that we needed. The rooms were all big and beautiful and the house was very comfortable. It is brand new inside and very, very clean!! There was an outside grill and inside every thing you needed to call it a home. We were close to everything including Story Land, Whales Tale, and North Conway. Also, when renting the condo it was very easy to do an the person who rented it to us was also very helpful. There is nothing I can say that I liked least about this condo and I would rent it again in a second.

Liked the condo, the complex, great pool and tennis court. Area was peaceful and serene. Could have used a screen on the slider. The basement had a musty odor. Otherwise very clean.

This is an excellent condo for the "ladies' to head off to and shop for the day then relax at night with all the comforts of home. Plenty of privacy for all that girl talk.

This condo has plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths; bright clean and
airy in a super convenient location. The stove and the fridge both need minor
repairs - fridge missing a shelf and oven door doesn't close properly - but
these are minor inconveniences. Tons of toys in the rec room for the kids too.
I'm already planning when I can come back! -

My family recently rented the Birchlea condo managed by Blue Moose Vacations in Bartlett and we had a great time. We were able to cross country ski and snowshoe right out the back door. The area and scenery are spectacular. We also went ice skating nearby. The condo was very clean and cozy and the service and follow up provided by Blue Moose was exceptional...very helpful. I highly recommend a trip to the area for a winter wonderland vacation although it can get quite cold sometimes just make sure there is plenty of hot chocolate.

The unit was very clean, updated, quaint and private. Close to shopping but in a peaceful atmosphere. Great place for the ladies to unwind and enjoy the gas fireplace. We would highly recommend this unit.
