Acton, MAGreat adventure camp!
Left on 03/18/2013 for a stay in March 2013
This place was perfect for me and my friends for our adventure in the white mountains. It is close (~20min) to everything - trail heads, skiing, restaurants, shops. It was clean and really easy to 'open up' with instructions for everything and a nice supply of wood for the stove. The wood stove was a really nice amenity too. We really enjoyed the convenience and comfort. And, the fridge was cold - there is nothing worse than having to cool down the fridge when you rent a place!

This place was perfect for me and my friends on an adventure weekend. The location is really great - w/in 20 minutes of trail heads, ski areas, restaurants, shops. The place was easy to get 'up and running' with instructions for everything and a nice supply of split wood for the wood stove (a major plus for me as I love wood burning stoves). The place was clean and nicely kept so there weren't any little problems to deal with. There were trail maps all over and the pair of maps under the glass on the dining room table was a nice touch. This was definitely a great choice for an outdoor weekend in the mountains. Oh, and the fridge was cold too - there is nothing worse than having to cool down the fridge when you arrive at your rental.

Somerville, MAFun and Convenient Place to spend the weekend!
Left on 01/22/2013 for a stay in January 2013
I stayed at the house with 9 other friends for the weekend and we had a great time. We are in our mid 20s and it was a great spatious place to enjoy ourselves. The house had everything we needed as far as cookingware goes. Another great feature of the house was the stove which was not only a fun place to center ourselves around, but heated the house perfectly. Convenient Location 3 minutes away from attitash ski resort with Great value! Would recommend this house for larger groups of all ages!

Will, Thanks for the kind words. We are glad you had a great stay. The wood stove is really nice to come home to (especially after a snowy day at Attitash). Thanks, Nick

I rented this condo with some friends for a weekend of hiking and mountain biking. The condo was in good shape, plenty of room and easily accessible to the mountains. I would definitely come back for a ski vacation. This lodging would also work very well for families.

The overall rating says it all - 4.5 stars and 15 glowing reviews!
The location of this place is awesome with great accessibility to mountain biking (why we were there) but also really close to Storyland and ski areas.
The place was easy to find, very clean, had ample space for all of us, and the price was great.
I'm looking forward to visiting again in additional seasons for more biking, hiking, and skiing.

This house is located close to everything! The mountains are beautiful and the small towns near by are quaint but still offer a lot to do. My family had a great time and the landlord was very easy to work with. Loved the firewood waiting for us when we arrived and the bunk beds for the kids!

After staying for a weekend full of activities and some quiet time it was exactly what I needed. Plenty of space and near by things to do. My favorite time was sitting at Mount Washington Hotel, having a few drinks with friends and enjoying the beautiful view. We were able to really enjoy each other's company. I look forward to going back.

Arlington, MAPerfect Location for Our White Mountain adventures!
Left on 11/10/2012 for a stay in August 2012
We love traveling to the White Mountains year round for hiking and skiing and we love staying at this condo in Bartlett! It's close to everything, but just far enough to be relaxing and private. It is an easy rental process and the home is comfortable. The floor plan fits a variety of groups. We've stayed their with my sister and her 5 kids, with 2 or 3 other adult couples, and my husband has made it basecamp with just the guys. What we like best about it is the location and the layout. Works for us!!

This was a great find for a long holiday weekend. The location is quiet and easily accessible off SR 302 in Bartlett. There is plenty of room for a large group, in a relaxed, environment and comfortable furnishings. Perfect for outdoor activities of all ages, very convenient to shopping in North Conway and simple, or fine dining (try the Inn at Jackson, N.H.) We enjoyed our stay and have returned!

Westborough, MassWonderful Christmas!
Left on 11/08/2012 for a stay in December 2010
Our family - 2 parents, three adult children and 3 grandchildren - spent Christmas here together.
What a comfortable and relaxing setting- beautiful wooded area with good roads and very close to Storyland, all the winter sports, restaurants, and groceries.
The condo is warm and inviting - plenty of room for all to sleep, shower etc. Lovely fireplace, cute kitchen with breakfast nook. I liked the separate indoor entryway with space for skis, boots etc. All was clean, neat, and in good repair.
We highly recommend this place and plan to come again!

Bostona hidden gem right in the middle of it all!
Left on 11/08/2012 for a stay in October 2012
This place is amazing! Large enough for my friends and I for several weekends. We'll be back again soon!!!
It's a hidden gem right in the middle of it all. Quiet, peaceful, spacious and clean! Having two full bathrooms and tons of space is pefect for families or for friends.
All within driving (and walking distance) was attitash, Storyland and the gorgeous village of Jackson. Ice skating at Nestlenook is like something out of a movie.
Hiking trails everywhere with Cathedral Ledge and Echo Lake being a favorite of ours.
Not to mention the great skiing at Bretton Woods...My new favorite ski resort! Followed by drinks on the porch or overlooking the huge fireplaces at the Mount Washington Hotel. Breathtaking views. All of this a short drive from the doorstep.
Don't forget dinner at White Mountain Cider company! Amazing food and bar that would rival anything in Boston! only a few blocks away.
Coming home from skiing or dinner is always a pleasure; sinking into the comfy leather couches and the warm stove.
A perfect getaway right in the middle of it all! -

Marblehead, MAGreat location, Great place, Great time!!!
Left on 11/05/2012 for a stay in October 2012
I stayed here with a few friends while we did some hiking and Mt. biking in the local area. I've done a lot of hikes in the area, and it's great being so centrally located right in the middle of them all. Makes it really easy to be at the trailhead early in the morning. After a full day of hiking, we had a great dinner at the Pasta Shed (highly recommended) right down the street. On our last day, we hit the Red Tail trail for some mt. biking!! You definitely want to check out this Nemba trail. The house was very spacious, clean and comfortable and I look forward to visiting again.

Peabody, MAEverything we needed was there at the house.
Left on 09/09/2010 for a stay in August 2010
The house was very comfortable. We had 10 of us there and it was roomy. The only thing I would say would be a downfall was there is no air conditioners. The weather was comfortable so we didn't need them. I would absolutely stay there again.

MassachusettsFabulous vacation with family and friends
Left on 08/23/2010 for a stay in August 2010
We had a great stay, accomodations were perfect for 2 families (4 adults, 5 kids) plus visitors. House was clean, well organized and had everything we needed which made for light packing and laid-back living. The location was perfect for our day trips to StoryLand and Santa's Village.
Working with Nick was great as well, he has a great system in place and made planning simple and straight-forward.
I would recommend this rental to anyone looking to play in the White Mountains. -

Brooklyn, NYGreat base for a activities in the White Mountains
Left on 08/22/2010 for a stay in August 2010
We found the house to be the perfect base for our hiking trip to Mount Washington. The house was comfortable and our party had everything we needed during our two day stay.
The only regret was not being able to spend more time at the place, so next time we'll make sure to allow for an extra day to relax at the pool or hang out at the house.
I would recommend this place without hesitation to anyone looking for a quiet spot where you can recharge your batteries after enjoying the outdoor activities in the area. -

Left on 06/24/2010 for a stay in June 2010
This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great weekend with our friends. We all had an amazing time, and afterward our friends went on and on about what a great time they had.
The location is perfect...right off a dirt road and tucked into the woods. Perfect area and scenery for a nice walk. Dozens of cute chipmunks scurrying this way and that provided some added entertainment.
The house is so comfortable. We could have spent the entire weekend lounging in adirondack chairs on the big wraparound deck. Actually, we pretty much did. The big soft leather sofas inside were really nice too. And the kitchen was just right. I was impressed with the nice new dishwasher. Definitely a plus and I wasn't expecting it.
Plenty of space including four bedrooms with bunk beds. The only thing I'd recommend for improvement is that the mattresses could be a bit more comfy. Then again it is country living.
If you need to get out of the rat race, this is the perfect escape. I'm sure I'm going to be needing it again soon.

Boston, MAGreat getaway!
Left on 12/30/2009 for a stay in March 2009
We've stayed here both during the winter and summer and regardless of the season, this place offers a great getaway. Either snuggling on the couches around the cozy wood stove or chilling out on the great deck offer the perfect experience to complement a NH getaway. The home has a ski lodge feel to it and the woodland surroundings make it such a relaxing spot, sometimes we didn't even leave the house.
Attitash is practically next door with several other ski mountains not too far away. It is very close to the Kangamangus highway and Crawford Notch Rd so lots of very cool hiking nearby - everything from kid friendly Arethusa Falls to challenging 4000 footers.
Sadly, the Bear Notch Deli in Bartlett has burned down, but the kitchen in the house has all the modern conveniences you could want for eating in and there are lots of great restaurants in nearby North Conway.
We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a NH getaway. -
