First two nights are $650-$675 no matter what two nights they are. $175 for each additional night.
A 50% deposit of the whole amount including tax, security, and cleaning fee is due upon reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cleaning fee is applied to weekly reservations, and for all reservations with a party of 5 or more.

This house is adorable! Not only is it tidy and well organized, but every room is uniquely decorated in a cozy and comfy cottage style. The brick fireplace in the living room was a huge hit with everyone in our party, especially after a long day on the ski slopes. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, including a kitchen table area that offers an amazing view of the mountains, especially over breakfast. The owners were also very pleasant to work with and made it very easy to coordinate lodging. We definitely look forward to staying here again!!

Left on 12/15/2012 for a stay in November 2012
I have stayed at Cool Mountain Cottage with my family for several years in a row now! We stay during the fall and the area is beautiful. The house is welcoming and warm and the best part is that we are able to bring the dogs. I wish I was there right now!
