I only wish I could have stayed longer ... this is a great house, conveniently located in Trouville-sur-Mer and close to all the shops, cafes, restaurants, the station and the beach. I took a train from Paris (only 2 hours) and walked the short distance from the station. You certainly don't need a car. The beach is within easy walking distance too. The house is spacious and has everything you will need, including internet connectivity. If you want to cook, the fresh food market is nearby and if you don't want to cook (like me ;-) then there are many restaurants to choose from, all within easy walking distance.
Debra was a great help with the booking and logistics ... complete peace of mind to deal with. Will definitely go back one day soon. -

We had a fantastic long weekend here in april, although the weather was so good it felt like the middle of summer. This charming house has been beautifully renovated inside. It is perfectly situated, being set in a small courtyard away from any main roads so that it is completely tranquil, yet only a 2 minute stroll from the main streets, the market and the sea. After a few days we felt completely revitalised - highly recommended!

I stayed here for 4 days during a wonderfully balmy and sunny spell in France. The house is ideally situated, within walking distance to everything (beach, train station, restaurants, shops), yet set back enough that one can just sit in the courtyard with a glass of wine and enjoy the peace & quiet. The house is well equipped with all the modern amenities, yet retains its original charm. The kitchen & bathroom are big enough to actually spend time in (a real plus compared to most French homes), and the bedrooms are very comfortable. Waking up to the sounds of seagulls was great.
You can't but help run into the locals, and they will do everything to make you feel welcome. After a few days here, you'll feel like one of them. I can't wait to go back!
