In some corners of this atmospheric city, the sights and sounds of life will have remained much the same for hundreds of years. This largeground floor apartment for 2 in a handsome Georgian building is in a narrow medieval street with roman origins. These ancient winding streets open onto some of Bath`s great historic venues and still hum with the sound of visitors, commerce, trade, fine fare and ale.Around the corner from the apartment is Bath Abbey, The Roman Baths and the Pump Rooms. Locally, there is great shopping with a mix of well-known brands and lively independent retailers. This area also hosts the famous Christmas market. There are... plenty of places to eat close-by. Try the Café du Globe for delicious Moroccan dishes, Go vegetarian at Demuth`s restaurant, or the Allium Brasserie and Browns are great for alfresco dining and people watching. Don`t miss the hot, soothing waters of the Thermae Spa and live entertainment at The Theatre Royal or Komedia Comedy club. Marks and Spencers is closest for food shopping or there is a Waitrose close by.

The ground floor apartment has a spacious and light-filled, open-plan kitchen, diner and living room with 3 large sash windows over- looking handsome North Parade Buildings and a famous little alley knick-named Lilliput Alley in 1694. This little street is the home of Sally Lunn, renowned for her delicious baked Bath buns and the oldest house in Bath.

The contemporary black and cream fitted kitchen has an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a small dishwasher, and a small fridge with a freezer compartment. There is a built-in cupboard with crockery and plenty of storage space for provisions. A fold-out dining table seats 2-4. The Living area has a suite of leather sofas with a large 3-seater and a 2-seater sofa, along with an armchair. In an alcove is a TV with DVD along with some books and films in the cupboard below. On a small desk with a chair is an I-pod docking station and radio.

There is a parking permit for 1 car to park in the central zone of Bath. However, it is a great central property so a car is certainly not needed and the property is most easily accessed on foot if you wanted to arrive by train or coach.
