It`s a very pleasant stroll past Bath`s historic architecture to the city centre nearby and there are many museums and galleries en-route, as well as great restaurants, bars and cafes and an array of wonderful shops. The city centre buzzes with life and after a full day you can enjoy a performance at the Theatre Royal, relax in the hot waters of the Thermae Spa, spend the evening at the Komedia, comedy club or participate in a number of music and literary festivals. The beautiful Royal Victoria Gardens has a fine botanical garden, covered tennis courts, crazy golf, a huge adventure park for children. A compact 18 hole golf course (The Approach Golf Course) with lovely views of Bath and the surrounding hills is just down the road.
At the top of Marlborough Buildings is Marlborough Tavern, a gastro pub. Around the corner at St. James Square you`ll find good local amenities; a newsagents, chemists, coffee shop, Italian deli, organic grocery store, a florist and Cavendish Cooks who supply home made take away food.
At Margaret`s buildings there are restaurants and gorgeous boutiques. The nearest supermarket is a Co-op on Julian Road or Waitrose in the city centre. A permit is available for one car to be parked in a designated zone, alternatively, the bus or train station is a 15 minute walk.

For a 2 night weekend stay a third is complimentary on most of our properties. Bank Holiday Weekends charged at full rate.
50% deposit required to confirm booking. Full payment due 6 weeks before stay.
A refundable damage deposit is required which is refunded after stay if everything is in order. Guests are responsible for any costs incurred in paying by bank transfer.
Surcharge payable for Credit cards, No charge for UK Debit cards
All utilities (except telephone), linens, towels and weekly cleaning for stays over 12 days included in the price.
Free internet Access
A 50% deposit is required on booking your holiday and remainder to be paid 6 weeks before your stay. A refundable damage deposit is required.
