Kick off your shoes and take a bottle of wine onto the first floor balcony of this contemporary mews house in central Bath. In this serene spot tucked behind the world famous Royal Crescent, you can retreat from the bustle of the city and savour the days events with family and friends. This house offers a great central location, four elegant bedrooms to sleep 6 and an airy open-plan kitchen, diner, and living area that extends out to a broad balcony where everyone will enjoy gathering.

A soothing palette of cream, coffee and pale gold prevails throughout the house which is spread over three floors. On the ground floor are 2 smart bedroo...ms that open onto a small internal courtyard, a further bedroom and a bathroom. A larger master bedroom and en-suite are situated on the top floor and a sumptuous living area divides the two.

On the ground floor, a peaceful double room has doors opening onto a small internal courtyard; It has a 5` bed and a large fitted wardrobe. Sharing the little courtyard is a sunny single room with 3` bed and a chest of drawers. One more single room is at the front of the house, with a 3` bed and small chest of drawers. The spacious and contemporary white tiled bathroom has a bath (with shower over) hand basin and WC and a separate cupboard houses the washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

The Master bedroom under the eaves has a 5` bed with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite containing a bath, hand basin and WC.

The smart glossy cream fitted kitchen has cream stone worktops and a gas hob with electric oven, a dishwasher, microwave and plenty of stylish crockery and cutlery. A long glass dining table seats 6. This house nestles within the heart of historic Bath, and is surrounded by impressive Georgian architecture. It is a wonderful walk to the city centre close by, with a great many museums, galleries, shops bars, and restaurants to choose from.

The nearest shopping is St. James parade where you will find a newsagents, chemist, barbers, an Italian delicatessen, pub, florists and organic green-grocers.

Also nearby is Margaret`s Buildings which is a delightful pedestrian street with a cafe, restaurant, art galleries, beauty salon and gorgeous boutiques. There is a co-op nearby for supermarket essentials or Waitrose supermarket in the City Centre. There are a couple of good gastro pubs, The Chequers on Rivers Street and The Marlborough Tavern at the top of Marlborough Buildings. Head into Royal Victoria Park for indoor and outdoor tennis courts, mini golf, or the children can enjoy a huge outdoor activity play area. The approach golf course is up the road and has fantastic views around its 18 hole course.
