Come and experience a great holiday at the best place and the right location with a low budget! This is the place what what we call " A Home Away From Home". It is a bungalow house with a sea view. It has 2 lounge areas (one with a balcony ), One children's reading and playing area , and One private resting area with a balcony located at the top most level.A fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, cooking utensils, crockery ,cutlery, garbage bags etc etc. Cooking is allowed here.

It has a lushious green private garden with 6 seater garden set, 6 lazy chairs and a swing. An outdoor dining area next t...o the garden comes with 2 BBQ stoves great for family get together. Swimming pools are 60 meters away from the doorstep of the home. Across the road ( abt 5 mins walk away) there is a cafetaria by the beach with an unobstructed seaview where guests can relax and unwind ( deckchairs are provided FOC). Next to it there are beach and water activities ( paraglyding, water scooters, horse riding, banana boat rides etc)

The family bedroom en suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms are located on the ground floor with a garden view. They are all accessible to the main garden. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor together with the lounge, dining, kitchen and a bathroom.Size Sleeps up to 15, 5 bedrooms

Neighbours on both sides of the house are just couples with no children and they are seldom at home.

IN THE VICINITY
There are long stretches of night markets selling so many things. You will also find foodstalls and restaurants with local and international cuisines, Mini Market, Tour agencies and so forth. It is located on the same road as The Holiday Inns,The Park Royal Hotel, The Hardrock Hotel and The Bayview Beach Hotel. Walking distance for live bands, night entertainment and other relaxations. These are among the few of the 4, 5 and 6 star hotels in the vicinity. Batu Feringghi is not a boring place to be. At night it is full of actions!
At the beach in front of the Villa ( 5 mins walk away), there is a cafetaria where you can actually enjoy the unobstructed full view of the sea with some drinks and foods at reasonable prices . You can also use the lazy chairs provided for sun tan and relaxation without any extra charges. There are also places for a professional, decent full body and foot massages , reflexology, fish spas, jungle trekking, trishaw rides, beach and water activities , all in this area of Batu Feringghi. If you would like to have good full body massages by the sea then you can do so at the beach itself ( there are also men masseurs for men) the location is at The Golden Sands Hotel nearby ( it is not under the hotel management though but the massage place is on the beach front ) .If you prefer a private masseur, there is one that do housecall for a very reasonable rate of MYR 60 for an hour. You can also have the massage by the pool, beach or the garden or any where you want . This is a clean, decent professional massage.

PLACES OF INTERESTS in the vicinity and on The Penang Island

Places that you should NEVER MISS - The Butterfy Farm, The Spice Garden , The National Park, The Penang Water Reservoir, The Forest Reacreation Park , and The World Largest Toy Museum ( this is good for children and adults too).
Perhaps you might want to go on a round the island tour or take a day cruise with a casino and other entertainment on board at RM60-RM100 per person . Or go to the city of Georgetown for shopping at some Megamalls for branded goods or computers paraphenalias. Or visit The largest Sleeping Buddha ,The Fort Cornwallis ( the remnants of the British Empire) , The War Museum or go up The Penang Hill via the modern Swiss made Furnicular Train to view the fantastic view of George Town from the top of the island and have lunch there at an English Tudor restaurant, or visit The Botanical garden with monkeys happily running around.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATIONS

Buses and taxis are just outside the property. Bus stops are on the both sides of the road, right infront of the main entrance of the Guardhouse.
The buses (RAPID) are modern and airconditioned. If you do not have your own transport , this is good enough.

SAVINGS, COMFORT, CONVENIENCE , COMPLETE FACILITIES, SAFETY, LUXURY, STRATEGIC LOCATION and PEACE OF MIND ( where everyone can be under one roof and be more sociable ). Batu Feringghi is an expensive area where houses like this are more than MYR millions. THIS is THE FINEST HOME with THE BEST RATE and THE BEST LOCATION. Most apartments and condominiums are quite a distance away to the beach and other ammenities. Staying in a home like this is, no waiting for lifts or having to walk a long distance down to the beach for outdoor activities. It is clean and very economical for a large group.

We have surveyed the area and there is no other home like we do , where we offer SO MUCH and ask FOR SO VERY LITTLE to accommodate a group like this .Have a thought of about it if you are coming for a nice , wonderful and economical vacation. There is no need to have separate apartment units where total cost can be almost the same.
Hotels around here charge at minimum MYR 300 ++ per room pernight !!!

  Géographiquement, cette villa est idéalement située pour partir à la découverte de l'île.
  Accès facile à pied à la plage de Batu Ferringhi.
  le soir le centre de Batu Ferringhi est très animé et coloré la nourriture au food market est excellente et très bon marchée.
  
  Si nous devions refaire un séjour à Penang, Nous retournerions sans aucune hésitation dans cette propriété.

  A brilliant relaxing family holiday. We had a great 4 nights stay in the Villa. Despite arriving much later than expected, the owner ( Miss Ida) patiently waited for us with a very friendly welcome. We were about 10 of us plus a baby, the house was really spacious and each family had a room each. It was an amazing house with a beautiful and well kept garden and a fully equipped and clean kitchen. There was a balcony off the spacious living room and a balcony on the top floor where you can enjoy the sea view. We made use of the BBQ in the garden during the evening. The best part was the amazing pool which only took 2 mins to walk to. My son loved it so much. We always had the pool to ourselves. There were plenty of lovely restaurants within walking distance. Miss Ida showed us to a recommended Thai restaurant nearby on our first night there and it was really tasty food and good value. Ferringhi is a good location with a night market which is within walking distance from the villa. In addition, you can get to the beach by just crossing the road. We highly recommend this place and hope to return one day soon.
