The house has two apartments. In the ground floor and first floor apartment (GF+FF) is room for 4 to 8 people (with pull-out beds up to 10 people), in the attic apartment (AA) for up to 5 people. That means booking the whole house provides space for up to 15 people. The house offers over 1000 square meters property and the best opportunities for recreation. Sun terrace and sunbathing lawn along with appropriate furniture to stay. The barbecue area is ideal for cozy evenings. Children can slide and swing and will find other gaming device. On the whole plot is free internet (wireless) available. The town center with restaurants, shops and attra...ctions such as 'Postwäldle' (forest) and 'Hausbachklamm' (canyon) are all within walking distance.

The apartment consists of the following areas:

The ground floor (GF): large living room with tiled stove, kitchen with sitting area, pantry, hall and corridor. Optionally - for additional fee - a second bathroom can be rent with washbasin, bath with shower, toilet and bidet.

The first floor (FF): 3 bedrooms, bathroom with two sinks and family shower, toilet with sink, podium, large balcony-terrace with deck chairs available from 1st bedroom.

The 35 square meters large living room offers plenty of space. The tiled stove, which is heated from the basement, creates cozy warmth in winter, also in kitchen and rest of the apartment. On the long south front with 4 windows, extendable dining table. In the living room shelf a few board games for entertainment, radio with CD player and plasma TV (via satellite). Additional Location Information

The house is located only 150m from the edge of the forest 'Postwaeldle' away. Nevertheless, the center with restaurants and shops is within walking distance. In summer and autumn invite the local hills and nearby mountains of the Allgaeu Alps for hiking and exploring. Regional attractions include golfing and treetop path (all following dates by car - 15 min), adventure swimming pool (20 min), various cable cars and 2 summer toboggan runs (20 to 40 min) and castle Neuschwanstein (60 min). Lake Constance, Germany's biggest lake is only 25 minutes away. In winter there are - as far as the weather allows it - several cross-country trails at the site and also some smaller ski lifts nearby. For 'advanced' various ski areas are easily accessible from Imbergbahn Skiarena with cabel car and various ski-lifts (about 25 minutes) to high alpine ski resorts such as Oberstdorf or Montafon and Arlberg in Austria (about 60-90 minutes). Not so active guests can enjoy the beautiful view, which allows the attractive location of the house.

  Booking this accommodation was easy. The owner is very friendly and speaks excellent English. He greeted us on arrival, showed us around the house and made sure that we were happy with everything. The house is spacious, comfortable and fully-equipped with everything you need when self-catering. The village of Weiler is very pretty with shops and restaurants within easy reach of the house. Walking to the village bakery for fresh bread each morning was a great way to start the day. We went for walks around the area but a car is essential if you want to travel further afield. Lake Constance is a 'must see' place and also the lovely town of Lindau, situated on the lake. We especially enjoyed evenings sitting in the lakeside cafes. This is a beautiful part of Bavaria and we would certainly recommend it as an excellent holiday location.
