Bayahibe is a small fishing village that sits on the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Bayahibe offers the best Diving on the Island along with great Snorkeling/Diving trips to Saona and Catalina Islands. We have the National Parques del Este located here with nice caves. Very nice beaches are near by as well. You can do Horseback Riding along with Buggy/4 Wheeler tours and Jungle tours in the area. Fishing trips are avaliable. Very close to the new Highway and easy access to Pnta Cana and Santo Domingo.

I would rate this penthouse a solid 10. It is just as advertised if not better. Great safe location, easy access to everything. The penthouse is very clean and very well maintained. It has everything you need for your vacation. The furniture is better then most condos I have stayed in before. I would recommend this property to everyone. It is very large and plenty of room for 4-6 people.
I would also recommend Scuba Fun Dive Store that is a short walk from this property for diving snorkeling, boating or just to talk to some friendly people about where to go and what to do while you are here.
You can't go wrong renting this property for your vacation. I will be going back in a few months.

We spent one week in this place with my wife. Clean, spacious and comfy apartment with good views from the rooftop terrace. Price was negotiable and very good.
We did Padi Owd- course during the stay with the apartment owners Scubafun dive shop. Everything went smoothly and we could adjust the lessons and dives how we wanted. Also did the trip to Catalina island. Things could not have been better.
Location is good because it's not in the centre so there's not much noise during night. But it's still only couple of minutes walk to beach/center.
I can warmly recommend this apartment and also the Scubafun to anyone. Owner John and his right hand Ingrid are very helpful and they can arrange things such as laundry, mail... etc. -

My vacation at this penthouse was fantastic. The rooms were all comfortable and clean and the entire place was very nicely furnished, not to mention very spacious. I couldn't believe the view from the roof, it was gorgeous and I spent a great deal of my time up there staring at the ocean and people watching in the neighborhood around me. The apartment was exactly as advertised; the hot tub was a lot of fun at night and the large kitchen and dining area made it easier on our wallets when we could cook for ourselves. Sleeping was easy, the beds were so comfy and we were usually exhausted after a day of diving! This is the perfect way to spend your vacation in the Dominican if you're looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay but aren't into the tacky all-inclusive-mega-resorts. I was able to walk around the town and get a real look at what the community was like and I loved it. The owner, John Sack, is also the owner of a local Dive shop called Scuba Fun and I would highly recommend going on one of his trips as well as asking him which places in town serve the best food or beer. You can tell he loves his job and wants to make sure everyone he brings out enjoys diving and the Dominican as much as he does. Needless to say I had a fantastic time. The location of this apartment is perfect and I cannot wait to go back.
