This house is listed with various people. We had confirmed reservations, sent our deposit 5 months in advance and 6 weeks later the guy had "his assistant" call to inform me he had to cancel due to an unforeseen medical situation (he knew was going to happen in august - the guys a psychic, 4 months later). We were looking for another place and low and behold, the house we rented is still listed. My girlfriend contacted him and surprise, surprise! He replied back
stating the house was available and they had tripled the rental price. Originally we were quoted $1398 for a 3 day weekend, it now was over $4,000!! Also called a neighbor and he's not suppose to renting the property. It is a HOa. Also, many of these beaches are still closed from last years storm. Steer clear from these con men!
