Includes central air conditioning, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, TVs and DVD players in the bedroom and living room, wifi, beach badges, pool and 2 hot tubs. Our family of 3 stayed in this condo for a number of years and loved everything about it. The owner is meticulous about keeping the unit clean, updated and in perfect working order. Each year, we were surprised by new updates to make our stay even better. The location is fab, esp for young families-park and the car and walk to everything. The pool and spa were a big hit!

This one bedroom one bath condo was great for our family of four. The pull out sofa was perfect for the kids. The view was beautiful, great sunsets! Close to shops, restaurants, amusement park and water park, mini golf etc... The condo was very nice and very clean and well taken care of. We will surely go back again! Hurricane Irene booted us out early, but we still had a really nice time!

The condo is very clean and the decor beautiful. The deck looks out onto a marina where every 4th of July the fireworks go off. You just sit on the deck and watch the sky light up. It's wonderful! It is located next to shops, eateries, a water park, bike rentals, miniature golf, and a small amusement park with an arcade. It's also not far from the beach and at the other end of the island, there's a great lighthouse. In the evening you can take a stroll down the avenue, browse the stores or just enjoy the night air. The area also has a lot of wonderful restaurants. This is a great place for a relaxing vacation.
