This well maintained, central air two story home was recently renovated and is great for families with kids since it is just a short half block to the beach.
The First floor features two bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub, large dinning room and living room with a 32" flat panel TV and DVD player and a sliding door to the patio with a picnic table.

Left on 09/02/2012 for a stay in August 2012
As far as the house goes, it was clean, large, nice tvs, great kitchen and plenty of room for everyone. I would recommend to the owners that they put mattress covers on the beds. Its nice and close to the beach, but its also close to the marsh were the green head flies lay there eggs, so we had to drive to a beach further away so we wouldn't be eaten alive!! This would be the only reason I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.
