Just a short walk from Beadnell's vast sandy beach, this delightful first floor apartment has fantastic views towards the coast and Dunstanburgh castle in the distance. This excellent base provides easy access to the market town of Alnwick with its famous castle and garden and Bamburgh, as well as Seahouses and the renowned Farne Islands....

Amenities: Electric storage heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, 2 x DVDs, stereo/CD. All power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed gravelled garden area to rear of property (accessed via gate from parking area) with patio, furniture and BBQ. Town: Situated beside one of the most beautiful stretches of Northumberland's Heritage Coastline, Beadnell Bay is an attractive and peaceful harbour village established in Saxon times as an important fishing village and a 'smuggler’s haven’. Somewhat more peaceful now, this settlement still lists fishing as one of its major sources of income but is equally popular with holidaymakers who come to enjoy its pretty harbour and nearby sandy beaches. Within the village itself is a shop and two pubs which serve excellent food. The popular town of Seahouses is just over a mile away and has a further selection of shops, supermarkets and restaurants whilst the nearby Farne Islands offer an excellent spot for bird watching whilst the market town of Alnwick is just a short drive away.Read more

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  We found the apartment vey clean, comfortable and warm. There was eveything needed in the apartment to make our stay a real enjoyment. It was also very tasetefully decoratedand furnished.

  Castle View Cottage Beadnell

  This is a cosy, very nice holiday home. It was the last holiday for me and my
  husband, who died of a sudden heart attack 8 months later. Beadnell and
  blessed Northumbria was a haven of happiness for the two of us. My husband
  liked everything: the village with its nice pubs and good restaurant. It is not
  too busy, compared to Seahouses, but surrounded by wonderful countryside,
  the sea, the overwhelming stretch of golden sandy beaches (where we used to
  walk and cycle) and old towns and cosy villages. The flat was perfect for our
  needs, offers every amenity, is very well cared for, well-equipped and
  tastefully decorated, with lots of windows and a light, modern atmosphere.
  But most important, it´s just a five minute stroll away from the sandy
  beaches and has a splendid view over the sea to Dunstanburgh Castle, We
  were really happy there and I´m grateful that we had this perfect stay in
  Northumbria together.

  Very helpful and friendly service.This is a really lovely apartment and very well equipped. We left a t-shirt behind and the owner kindly told us about it then posted it to us.
  The location is lovely and the locals are incredibly friendly. Just up the road is the unspoilt coastline and Bamburgh which is well worth a visit. Stunning location.
  I have nothing bad to say about either the apartment or the area, it was a fantastic break which is highly recommended.
