A tranquil retreat on a small Lakeā€¯, a soothing place to rest and give your soul a chance to catch up with your body!
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this may be the place. The site is very peaceful and private with lots of space far away from the crowds. Hi Point on Glovers Lake consists of 3 lake homes, each with the capacity for 10-14 persons: The Lodge, The Lakeside and The Hillside. Each house is privately set at different points across a thousand feet of private lake front. There is a small public access but only the 3 HI Point homes occupy this side of the lake. The home is located in the upper part of the lower Peninsula, Western Michigan, about 10 miles from Lake Michigan. If you look at the coastline of Northwest Michigan, go down past Frankfort until you see Arcadia, the houses is about 10 miles due East of Arcadia just across Highway 31. The house is surrounded by woods, nestled on a hill offering spectacular views of Glovers Lake. The house has stairs down to private lake front. It is 10 minutes from Lake Michigan if you want the grandness and some spectacular sunsets. It is an easy hop skip and jump to the public access on Crystal or Bear lakes if you want convenient water sports.

Very quiet, secluded, great for big group vacation. Specious rooms. comfortable kitchen and lots of table space to eat together. Very steep steps to the lake, but ok for most people.
We had great time, parents with college students. Close by state parks and nice, historical towns offer good restaurants.
