The Cottage is a cosy single storey barn conversion a mile from Beaulieu in the New Forest. There is a king-size double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a kitchen with dining area and a comfy sitting room. Outside there is off road parking, and an enclosed courtyard with furniture. With the New Forest on the doorstep, including cycle trails, the Motor Museum, wild ponies and beautiful coastline, The Cottage makes an ideal romantic retreat.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven,... ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Private enclosed front courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Babes-in-arms only.

A short distance away is Bucklers Hard, the waterfront village from where there are boat trips along the Beaulieu River. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  Owners of property are welcoming and helpful, full of local knowledge and advice on places to go. Peaceful location. Cottage has all the amenities of a home. Liked it so much, we booked for next year as soon as we got home from this year's holiday.
