The Chateau Residence Club is a luxurious, full service complex with a select number of year-round residences available for rent.
1502 is a 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath condo with an extra large great room, dining room and fireplace. Master bedroom has a king bed, jetted tub, steam shower, heated towel bar and heated floors. Three guests room each with private baths; one with a king bed, one with two twins and one with a queen bed. Wireless internet, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, private deck, flat screen TVs. Granite and marble throughout. 3188 square feet. Designer decorated, recently remodeled.

This four bedroom (all with en suite bath), ski-in, ski-out luxury condo is located at the base of Strawberry Lift and easy walking distance to Beaver Creek Village. The unit is immaculate with all the high-end amenities you would expect (and want). The staff at the Chateau will cater to your evey need. Fantastic work out and spa facilities. Beautiful mountain views from the condo and very private. We absolutely loved it!

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and could not have asked for a better way to spend our special weekend. Everything from the bedding, to the decor, floorplan and cleaniness of the unit, was just perfect!
We all had internet access and were able to seat our visiting family at the large dining table for a family dinner more than once. On our wedding day it was the perfect setting for photos and just a short walk to the village to the salon. Perfect in every way!! -

We had the best spring break at the Chateau. Everyone could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Out unit was amazing, quiet, beautifully appointed, was a perfect spot to spend a week! Location was ideal, ski in/out, everyone we met was jealous of our home base for our ski week.

1502 Chateau Terrace has a very spacious and elegant great room, well appointed kitchen, and 4 well designed bedrooms. The on-mountain hot tub is right out the back door, and the spa facilities are great. The concierge ordered our skis, made all our reservations, and stocked our refridgerator. We made "first tracks" every morning because of the convenience of the lift. It felt like a 5 star hotel without the guests because very few of the homes are available to rent.
