London, EnglandSimply perfect
Left on 04/19/2013 for a stay in March 2013
I am not sure whether this is our 4th or 5th time at this condo as it seems so much like a home from home to us.
David is one of the easiest, most helpful, flexible and generous person to deal with and makes the whole experience of renting there so pleasant.
The condo is well furnished, comfortable and homely with the owner's personal items still there. He has even installed apple TV this time so that we could watch Netflix during our stay (he also has an iMac there for guests use too).
All the facilities and benefits of The Charter are also available and so you benefit from the reception, concierge, bell boys, ski storage, private transport to the slopes, spa, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc.
All in all, we can't wait to return again, which must be the best type of recommendation. -

Left on 07/17/2012 for a stay in June 2012
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental for a music institute this summer. All of the reviews are true to form as the place is well located, very accommodating, and delightfully well stocked. We had a mishap in packing our provisions and found that absolutely everything we left behind was already there and available - we were without a car for the week and found no reason to go down to avon. The pool, hot tubs, spa, exercise room, etc. were all great and the staff -from the concierge to the bike shop - were all welcoming, helpful, and seemed to have a great balance of being both laid back and professional at the same time. We recommend this condo, and the owner's hospitality, very highly.

Indianapolis, INGreat accommodations and Location!
Left on 02/16/2012 for a stay in January 2012
We very much enjoyed our stay at your condo. I was nervous about the location being close enough - - it was definitely close to everything. It is a short walk into town center, or just hop on the shuttle for a two minute ride to the lift. I really did not want to ride shuttles, but they were so convenient I found myself taking it in the morning (they are nice shuttles, run often, and are not crowded). You can easily ski the whole way back. (Elkhorn lift is right there as well, but the shuttle is quicker to get you to the front of the mountain.)
The Condo is very well appointed and stocked full of all the necessities. The living room is very cozy, and the real wood burning fireplace was a treat. The beds are very comfortable. The towels and bathrobes are plush. And the view overlooks the swimming pool, woods, and mountains - very nice!
The staff at the Charter was very friendly and helpful. They will valet your skis for you daily, as well as the car.
David did a great job of answering any questions and making us feel welcome. It was clear right away that he truly wants his guests to enjoy their time and his condo. Very impressed!
We would definitely stay here again! -

AtlantaBest stay in Beaver Creek
Left on 02/11/2012 for a stay in January 2012
I stayed in this condo the last week of January 2012. My trip companions and I were truly impressed by the good conditions of the condo and how well supplied it was. When the owner told us that we would feel like at home, he wasn't exaggerating a bit. The condo had everything you would expect in a regular house. That included food, drinks, books, music and every single appliance or electronic that you might regularly use. I am a coffee enthusiastic and I was particularly delighted by finding two packs of organic whole coffee beans in the fridge and not one but two grinders. Not to mention the programmable coffee maker and waking up to the smell of fresh coffee. I would also like to highlight the bathrooms, both completely renovated, and the mattresses, extremely comfortable all of them.
But that's not all to the condo. For being located at The Charter, you get to enjoy all the amenities and conveniences of the hotel, which are plenty: continuous shuttles to the village and the Centennial lift, great gym and spa, indoors pool, indoors and outdoors hot tubs, etc. You have a ski rental place in the hotel and the walking distance to the ice ring in the village, which is the heart of the resort, is less than 5 minutes.
Bottom line, this is an excellent choice if you're planning to spend your ski vacations in Beaver Creek. -

Clayton, MOGreat View, Great Location, with all to Conveniences of Home
Left on 10/07/2011 for a stay in September 2011
We've stayed at a number of properties in Beaver Creek/Avon over the years and this condo is now our favorite. The location, within walking distance to the village, is very convenient. I had never seen the grounds behind the Charter except in the winter when they were covered with snow and they are beautiful in the summer/fall. The facilities (pools, hot tubs, and spa) at the Charter increase the value of this location. Our visit was timed to coincide with the peak color of the aspens which added to the great view from the condo. The condo, as advertised, is very sell stocked with the incidentals that one might need and we usually stop at Whole Foods in Golden on our way for perishables. My wife like the soap and lotions that were provided so much that we ordered some through amazon before we left. We will definitely be back.

Left on 10/03/2011 for a stay in September 2011
We very much enjoyed our stay. The pools, hot tubs, and steam rooms were
great. My daughter made somemores at the fire pit which was a very
impressive fire. We gave the condo a very high walking score with the
village close by, and the path by the creek. The well stocked kitchen with
all the basic supplies and quality cook wear was very helpful. Having the
kitchen stocked like that is something no other rental we have stayed at
has provided. Overall we highly recommend the place.

London, England. The perfect rental home from home.
Left on 08/17/2011 for a stay in April 2010
We have now stayed at this condo three times and what higher recommendation can I possibly give than that we are going back in December!
The apartment is large enough for our family of 4, it is clean, well furnished and very comfortable.
The hotel itself is well positioned and very well run and operated. During the ski season, their own transport to the lifts is often and frequent but there is also the resort bus that stops at the hotel. There is also a ski-in, ski-out facility but the bus is so convenient that we never used it. They store your skis too and there is the added touch of free hot chocolate and cookies when you arrive back from your skiing day.
The hotel also has an indoor pool and two hot tubs in winter and an outdoor pool in summer. There is a restaurant if you require, but the apartment has a fully functional kitchen where we prepared most of our meals. The convenience of the washing machine and dryer is a major plus too.
Above all, the owner is a true gentleman and we consider him to be a friend. He is easy to communicate with, flexible, reasonable, totally honest and trustworthy and a real pleasure to deal with.
We hope to return time and time again as it is simply perfect for us.

Denver, COBeaver Creek in the fall
Left on 08/16/2011 for a stay in September 2010
We stayed at the Charter last fall and had an absolutely wonderful time. The resort itself has all the amenities that one could want (indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, spa, health club, restaurant, game room, video rental, etc.) and is located within a short walk to the Beaver Creek village. The condo was well appointed with comfortable furnishings and plenty of room for our group of five. The condo had all the comforts of home including a well equipped kitchen. The patio offered a great view of the mountains and was great for early morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. The owner, David, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great visit. We will definitely be back to visit Beaver Creek during the other three seasons and for us this is the only place to stay!

Spacious, clean and close to all. The condo was in "move in" condition. The Kamerons' are gracious hosts. The unit is roomy, clean and has everything you need for your vacation - what more can you ask for. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen comes well equipped.
The Charter also has an indoor pool, 3 hot tubs and 2 shuttle buses to the slopes. -

Difficult to imagine a more enjoyable, hassle free vacation. Location is breathtakingly beautiful, condo is comfortable, spotless, well equipped (nice to not have to purchase kitchen basics, i.e. spices, plastic wrap, etc.), convenient to charming Village, restaurants, mountain hiking, as well as leisurely walks, biking, great resort amenities (spa, pool, hot tub, health club). The owner is helpful and friendly, as are the resort staff.
Would love to go back in the winter to hit the slopes.
Have unhesitatingly recommended to friends. -

We have stayed in this condo several times for ski trips; it is luxurious and comfortable. The location is ideal for skiing without any of the hassle of parking--we've walked to the slopes or taken the shuttle (friendly drivers). The condo is attractively furnished, has great views and a well stocked kitchen. At the end of a hard day skiing, we look forward to sipping a cool drink and soaking in the outside hot tub by the fire pit. The spa and exercise facility are huge and well designed; robes are provided. Easy access to parking from the condo, quiet rooms and comfy beds. Beaver Creek is simply a beautiful resort and this condo puts you right in the heart of Beaver Creek.

The Charters complex along with David's condo met and exceeded our expection on our lodging. The condo was spacious, clean, well kept with updated furnature and amenities. The charters complex was more like a resort than just a condo to stay. The service and amenities was first class. My wife realy enjoyed skiing back at days( Ski in-out) end to have a person help you with your skis, store them and provide hot chocolate and cookies-at no additional charge. We will be back and recommend Davids condo to all of our friends and family if they decide to go to Beaver Creek for vacation.

The Charter is a beautiful resort in a super location, and this is probably one of the nicest units (we saw the condos our friends were staying in). There is an amazing, unobstructed view of the mountains, the furnishings are top-notch and comfortable, and the bedrooms are perfect for a great night's sleep after all that skiing. The kitchen really is a full, well-supplied kitchen, with spices, etc..., which is nice because it's very expensive to eat in Beaver Creek. We didn't even really want to go out, because it was so cosy in the condo. The TV was a little bit small, but we weren't there to watch tv, anyway. The pool and spa and workout rooms were also super, and while we were too tired to even think about working out after all that skiing, it was great to sit in the hot tub (and the kids enjoyed the fact that the outdoor hot tub was open when it was cold and snowy outside). Will definitely stay there again!

This is a great condo - comfortable and really first class. Quite spacious. We had below zero degree weather a few of the days we were there, and it was really nice to be able to go down to the indoor pool and large hot tub. It helped pass the time on the days we could not ski. We would highly recommend this condo. The owners are very easy to deal with.

Left on 07/14/2011 for a stay in November 2010
My family and I love everything about this condo. It feels like we're staying in a second home. We've stayed in several very nice vacation rentals in Beaver Creek, but this is our absolute favorite. I honestly can't think of a single thing that I would change. The location is great, the staff are friendly and attentive, and not remotely pretentious. It really does feel like we're coming home when we arrive. We've already made some great family memories here and we can't wait to make more. We'll be back as often as possible.

Left on 07/13/2011 for a stay in July 2011
I stayed at the condo over the July 4th weekend and my stay was phenomenal. The Charter is a wonderful facility and we certainly took advantage of the pools, hot tubs, and fire pit. The village is just a short walk away with lots of restaurants, shops, miniature golf, a climbing wall and a wonderful chair lift to the summit where we had lunch. The condo itself must have been recently renovated because the lavish bathrooms and kitchen are wonderful. The mountain view are wonderful and the fan in each room kept us very comfortable. What a treat to sleep with the windows open! The kitchen was fully stocked with all kinds of food, spices, condiments, and even some beer and wine! David, the owner was a joy to deal with and we feel that we could not have picked a better place to stay. We'll be back to ski this winter.
