This is a beautiful and very comfortable condo for family. We would stay here again. The trundle bed in the 2nd bedroom was great as guests could each have their own space. Parking above ground was great, we parked at the front door.
The only thing that I would change if at all possible would be, that it felt very sketchy to cross the highway. Cars did slow down for us, but that was my least fav part. It was great to be so close to the Mtn base! We took chair 15 I think and each day it took only a few min from snow to walking to condo! -

this condo was quite spacious for our family of 4! we enjoyed the view off the balcony, garage parking, and large kitchen. the only complaints were that the beds are really hard and you can hear the neighbors upstairs stomping around for what seems like hours. i would stay there again though. close to ski slopes and highway

HoustonEconomical alternative to staying in Beaver Creek itself.

The Lodge at Brookside is located at the base of Beaver Creek, walking distance from the Bear Parking Lot. Free shuttle to ski area. Not ski in, ski out, of course, but you don't need a car other than for grocery shopping. Unit #207 is somewhat spartan, but clean, comfortable and has a full kitchen. Free WiFi is a plus. Reserved underground parking. Direct elevator access to second floor from parking garage. My only complaint: owner doesn't supply laundry detergent. Prudential Properties should skip the gift basket of nonsense and spring for a sample box of detergent.

nearly impossible to find the entryway and address in the dark. Had to cell phone a manager at night. no small task.
We did not need to park a car and directions through front door did not include the combination into the lobbyway. Had to find the garage and enter through it.
cable TV malfunctioned. even with a saturday repair one of three TVs still did not work. appreciated the saturday manager's attention to the cable problem, howeverResponse from Prudential Colorado Properties - 01/26/2012

Minneapolis, MNQuite acceptable, lacking attention though.

This is a very nice place. We loved moving in for a week. The reviews we read about noise we true. Neighbors were moving out very early in the a.m. and it was disturbing. We found dirty towels and utensils in the kitchen. We're not fond of the bath/hot tub towel availability unless the laundry actually has soap available. Everything worked fine, and email check-in worked out well. Very good vacation.

Colorado Springs, COExcellent Condo, Great Price
Left on 02/02/2011 for a stay in January 2011
Two bedroom, two bath condo right on the Eagle River. Right across the street from the Bear Parking lot. Shuttle picks you up and drops you off right at the mountain. Very short ride. You can also take the shuttle into Beaver Creek Village at night. I believe it runs until 2:30 am. Very convenient! The condo is amazing. Walls are a bit thin, but not that bad. The unit had everything a family could need. And the washer/dryer right in the unit was such a plus! High end finishes throughout. Plus flat screens and blue ray in the living room and master bedroom. Agave bar/nightclub is right next door. Definitely stay at this place if the price is right!

We stayed here over the MLK holiday weekend. The condo is very clean, well furnished, including the kitchen, and is located very conveniently to the Lower Beaver Creek chair lift. You can walk across the street to the Bear parking lot and catch the free shuttle bus. We also enjoyed the creek view from the balcony. We have been to many different ski resorts in Colorado, Utah and California over the past few years, and Beaver Creek ranks

I would recommend buying a box fan or two. The noise from the people above me was so loud that it woke me up in 3:00 am and I had nothing to drowned out the noise. If a box fan was in the closet or utility room, I could have turned that on for some white noise.

Carmel, INVery nice - great location
Left on 01/08/2010 for a stay in December 2009
The entire experience was very easy and efficient. We received our
condo information via email and everything we needed was spelled out
clearly.
The condo was in a great location (across the street from the parking lot
where a bus takes you on a short ride to the lifts). We drove our car to the lot
since it is a fairly busy street (Hwy 6).
The condo itself was very nice. It was a little sparse, but we had everything
that we needed.
Overall, I would recommend this condo. -

DenverGreat 2BR spot
Left on 07/22/2009 for a stay in July 2009
Nice 2 BR condo very close to the resort, but much more reasonably priced. We loved the balcony and the gas grill. The kitchen was well-stocked with tools for cooking our own meals. There was a trundle bed under one of the beds which was perfect for our 2-year old. Overall it was a lovely place to stay!

Left on 04/09/2009 for a stay in February 2009
Great location, very quiet building, and we love the heated garage. Apartment is well furnished. Kitchen could use a review of utensils, pots and pans, glasses and equipment but it is functional. Master bath is great, guest bath needs safety handle and perhaps skid proof stripping in tub but it is also functional. Closet space is good, TV's and sound system are adequate, WIFI is very good. The building itself tends to be very warm. We had to turn the heat down or off quite a bit and even open windows in February but that is doable - just expensive for the owners. Lest anyone think we didn't like it, we plan a month there in 2010 also - fourth year in a row.

nice location and had all the ammenities that were necessary. Beds were on the hard low quality side and the walls were really thin.
Despite that, we did enjoy our stay.

Left on 01/14/2009 for a stay in January 2009
The lodge was new, clean and right across the street from Beaver Creek ski area. Our condo was in great condition, and offered everything they said it would. Had a key that didn't work and they replaced it within the hour...great service. Highly recommend!
