The House is only 2 years old. It has a large Covered Deck in the back and a Covered Front Porch. There are Granet Countertops in the Kitchen & both bathes. Other ammenities are a big walk-in shower & separate Jacuzzi Tub. Walk-in closet, Double Sinks and a sit down makeup place for the lady, water closet has heated water, heated toilet seat, and warm water spray. Master BR has a king-size bed, ceiling fan, wall-mounted flat screen TV, air filter for allergies, & a computer available for your use. There is also WI/FI available for your Lap-Top or Tablet. I stayed at the Surrency residence with my family for a Christmas getaway. It couldn't have been more perfect! The Surrencys were informative and helpful with all of our questions and needs. The house was immaculate- everything was perfect. The beds were so comfortable, the amenities were beyond what we had hoped- there was even a Kitchen aid mixer!!! We enjoyed lots of great food and evenings in front of the fire place. We will definitely be back!

This house was really cool. It had the mountain escape we were looking for,but everything was new,clean and immaculate inside.
The Rock "N" Roll memorabilia on the walls was really cool. The kids loved it. The realtors on the house were awesome and very friendly and helpful.
Having access to the garage was nice as well. Would recommend this house to highly. Thanks for the memorable experience. We will be back
