Couldn't ask for a nicer host and a fantastic apartment! This place was so convenient - right on Metro line and fully equipped with everything you need! Easy to get to all of the major sightseeing spots and lovely accommodations! When I return to Beijing I will definitely stay here again - Grace is awesome and so is her place! Thanks for making my stay in Beijing so enjoyable!

Everything was great... and the landlord is very nice and her English is very good.
The place is just quite small...maybe there is a bit too crowded if you have several luggage cases. The building itself if a bit dirty, but the apartment is totally clean and fine.
