If you like the pictures of apartment on tripadvisor, you'll be amazed in reality.
The apartment is in a very good standard and looks even much better in reality.
the prospect of 23th floor is super impressive!!! you can look over half beijing.
don't worry, there are three high-class elevators to get you up there ;-)
this view you get almost nowhere else so easily, so I would definitely rent the apartment again.
Grace helped us with all the difficulties.
The apartment is near Dawanglu train station, from where you can reach everything very well.
if you rent the apartment, you will not be disappointed!

We tried this apartment based on previous reviews we had seen and we weren't disappointed. We found the apartment to be very clean, spacious and good value. Grace, the owner far exceeded our expectations. She was very helpful with directions to the apartment and we were able to give her phone number to taxi drivers and private tour guides who sometimes couldn't understand the directions we offered. She was a mine of information and helped us with buses and directions to many places including suggesting things we hadn't considered.
The first day we arrived she took us out to explore the neighbourhood and helped us purchase a sim card, check where to go to the supermarket ( about a 15min. walk), subway ( about a 20-25 min.walk) shopping centres, atms, restaurants & 711 (5 mins). She then also took us on a bus ride so we knew how the system worked. It is possible to catch a bus to the subway. Only 2 stops away, very cheap and frequent buses.
We were in Beijing for a month but unfortunately the last day of our stay coincided with a previous booking Grace had. We had to shift out for the last night so Grace made a booking in a hotel about 5-6 minutes walk away, negotiated a much better rate than we could, helped us take our luggage to the hotel and came up to the room to make sure it was as promised. All way beyond any idea we had of normal service.
We did find that the crockery was a little light on but when we contacted Grace she brought us some extra plates (and a corkscrew to try the red wine we found in the supermarkets).
This is not a luxury apartment but a very pleasant, comfortable stay with an amazing view at night of Beijing's lights.

Grace the Landlord was very friendly and helpful
and was there to greet us on arrival
The apartment is quite big ,very clean and had everything you would need in it
Close distance to Subways,restaurants and many shops
24hr security on the door

We were due to arrive in Beijing at 21:30. Due to flight delays we did not arrive at Grace's apartment until 04:00.
Grace was there to meet us, came out to signal the taxi, and could not have been more charming and helpful.
In addition she came back the following day to help us settle in, including and orientation tour of the area.
The apartment itself is large,comfortable, well located and well equipped.
If there is a criticism it would be that there is only a bedside reading lamp on one side of the bed. That seems to be the norm in China though - odd.

Not far from tube - and even closer to buses. Definitely worth getting to know the buses...
Bank / supermarket / restaurants not too far either...
And great local fruit / dumpling etc etc stores
and great views... day and night

Comfortable and modern apartment with everything needed, also good value for money. About 15mins walk to metro. I'd advise booking housekeeping for longer stays so you don't have to clean yourself -- and I'd also advise you take the business card of the hotel down the street if you don't speak good Chinese to show to taxi drivers as some of them didn't know where the apt was from looking at the address. Also keep the key cards separate so they don't lose their magnetism. Landlady Grace is a very helpful person and did everything possible to ensure a good stay. Recommended!

I stayed in the apartment for two months and would definitely rent it again, when I am in Beijing. The apartment has a beautiful view over the city (you see China World Tower and Cctv building) and is furnished in an attractive way. Grace is very friendly and quickly helps out with problems.
