We really liked it. Only problem was getting the heating working and the hot water ran out after 2 showers which is annoying when you have 6 people in the house! But otherwise really fantastic

1 stayed in Willowbank Manor for almost a year, with a group of colleugues. Willowbank has excellent apartments, and easily accomodated 5 - 6 of us. The view from the apartments is fabulous, and you can see all the way across Belfast over the city and the Belfast Lough. The apartments are clean, and quite well kept, with Malcolm and Una McFarlane, driving a great experiance with pleasing and friendly touches missed in hotels. We found Malcolm extremely easy to work with and as an hotelier, he goes out of his way to accomodate and find suitable solutions for your stay. There are City Center apartments on offer as well, and priced quite right, make it easy living. Willobank is close to the local supermarkets and just a few minutes drive into the city center make it ideal for a quite getaway without going too far out of the city as well. Highly recommended, this is for me now the best home I had in Belfast.

Just back from week in Belfast with 2 grandchildren (6 and 10 years), Can't praise the Willowbank Manor enough.
Apartment was lovely with everything we needed, and the owners could not have been more welcoming.
The situation is ideal for getting around Belfast with enough shops and takeaways close at hand but without the drawbacks of a city centre flat.
The views over the city and Belfast lough are breathtaking. I hope I will get a chance to stay there again soon. -

We rented this apartment as our base for our daughter's wedding, 5 minutes drive from the church and 10 minutes drive from La Mon, the reception site. Bus service to City Centre is excellent. For older folks, I would say the walk to the Sainsbury supermarket in Forestside shopping center is closer to 15 minutes but it is still very convenient. A small Food co-operative market and the Sea Fry for good fish & chips is a 10-minute walk up Rosetta Road. I can also recommend Rosetta Cabs for very good service closeby.
The apartment is clean and nicely furnished and the local residents were surprised at just how nice it was. I would suggest bringing washcloths and a power adaptor or two. Overall, it was great to come back here at the end of a busy day. I would definitely stay here again! -

The accomodations were comfortable and clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen had all the necessisties needed. A washer dryer was supplied for washing clothes. Malcolm and Una McFarlane were exetremly helpful and pleasant. They provided a hair curler, which I'd forgotten to bring and a cell phone for our use. The location was excellent. Within walking distance to a shopping center and Cregagh glen, hiking, and the bus stop Private parking.
The tv only received a few basic channels, but we were seldom home so it didn't matter. My husband has back problems and found the couch in the living room uncomfortable to sit on. he stretched out on it and was comfortable that way.
A couple of hints for would be renters. Pack a toilet roll and washcloths as I had forgotten Europeans seldom provide this two necessary items. -

Our visit to Belfast was a family occasion and we were very lucky to have been able to stay at Willowbank apartments. The location is great - near enough the city centre but still far enough away to be quiet. The apartment itself was fantastic. It had everything we needed for a perfect long weekend. We were so impressed that we are definitely going back again. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Belfast

My son was working in Belfast for the week so myself and my wife decided to join him to sightsee the surrounding places of interest. We were very pleased at our choice of accommodation which was most suitable with all required facilities to make our stay enjoyable and we would recommend this apartment to anyone who is interested in visiting N.Ireland which is in a very quiet location but also most handy to see the surrounding sights.

Markham, CanadaOutstanding accomodation, breathtaking views
Left on 09/23/2010 for a stay in August 2010
Coming from Canada we wanted to have accommodation out of the bustle of the main city center, but close enough to get to everything. Being new and ultra modern helped us to quickly settle in and find everything we needed.
The daytime views of Belfast were amazing as you could follow the clouds and the sun as they criss crossed over the rolling hills of Cavehill in the distance. The city night lights also impressed. The bus dropped us off almost at the door, and a large general purpose supermarket and mall was within 5 minutes easy walking distance
Having full cooking, washing facilities was of a great help with our two small children.
We truly enjoyed our stay, great comfy beds, and nice shower pressure to look forward to in the mornings.
The owners were extremely obliging and helpful to make our stay memorableResponse from Serviced Apartments In belfast - 04/03/2013

I stayed at Willowbank Manor in January 2010 with a study group of six university students and two professors from america. We rented two units.
Willowbank Manor is part of an apartment complex ("flats") in a quiet residential disctrict conveniently located (for those who have a car), close to shopping and dining. We were able to cook our own meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and catch up on our laundry with the free washer and drier in each unit. Willowbank Manor is perfect for larger groups like ours, and I highly recomment itResponse from Serviced Apartments In belfast - 04/03/2013

I stayed at willowbank manor for 4 months and found it to be perfect for my needs. The apartments are situated in a peaceful middle-class area close to the Forestside shopping centre, which has a good M&S, Sainsburys and plenty of others. The views over belfast are fantastic, both day and night. I found the standard of the fitout and cleaning to be excellent. The location is good for getting into the city centre or for getting out of town to sprucefield, lisburn or the south.
I enjoyed may stay at willowbank manor and would not hesitate to reccommend it to anyone looking for self catering accommodation in Belfast. It beats hotel prices too!Response from Serviced Apartments In belfast - 04/03/2013
