This excellent apartment is ideal for anyone over on business or for those who want to have a weekend city break.
As our apartment is situated in a residential complex it is definitely not suitable for Hens/ Stags/ Parties.
• To secure the apartment we would ask you to pay a £100 deposit on arrival.
• This deposit serves as a booking/damage deposit and is fully refundable on your fulfilling your booking and on your leaving the apartment in the same excellent condition it was received in.

Myself and my partner booked into this apartment for a week and really enjoyed our stay. Outside the apartment has a lovely walk along the river and it is sooo close to the shops. We love to cook and were pleased to find the kitchen was lovely - we even asked for more casserole dishes and the rental company brought them round the very next morning.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone and would also recommend a visit to the Titanic centre. it is not over hyped, you can easily spend half a day in there. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby - we took an night of from cooking and visited Tedfords which was just round the corner.

We came up to Belfast for a city break and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was great... clean, modern and it had everything we needed for our stay and we were able to walk to everything. Belfast has changed so much since the last time I stayed and I can definitely recommend it for a break. The Titanic Museum was well worth the visit and the kids loved w5 at the odyssey.
Great stay and thank you. We will visit again (hopefully soon). Booking was easy and we appreciated the early check in, free car parking and a decent Internet connection! -

We stayed for a week in april and didn't wish to stay in a hotel so took a chance on this apartment and we were more than glad that we did, perfectly located for theatre, nights out and shopping.

We were looking for somewhere comfortable and spacious for the duration of our stay in Belfast and that's exactly what we got with the Winter Garden. It was really handy too with all you need and want within walkingdistance - couldn't have been better.
