Our 1 bed apartment in the Arc building is located in the heart of Belfast City Centre at the spectacular landmark destination of Titanic Quarter; one of the largest waterside re-developments of its kind in Europe.

Stylish, contemporary and comfortable, this one bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard with modern furnishings and all the comforts of home, ensuring you a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Rates start from:

• £40 per night

• Minimum 2 night stay

This excellent apartment is ideal for anyone over on business or for those who want to have a weekend city break. Our kitchen is fully equipped if you fancy cooking - you can even enjoy dining al fresco on the balcony!! Alternatively you can avail of the nearby restaurants!!

As our apartment is situated in a residential complex it is definitely not suitable for Hens/ Stags/ Parties.

Our 1 bed apartment is available for short term lets - you can book for 2 nights or for as long as you want - the longer your stay, the cheaper our daily rate becomes!

The apartment is within easy reach of key transport links.

A five-minute drive takes you to George Best Belfast City Airport, while ferry connections to Scotland and England are just around the corner. Fast access to the M1, M2 and M3 motorways bring the rest of Ireland within easy reach.

• To secure a booking we would ask you to pay a booking/ damage deposit of £100
• This deposit is fully refundable on your fulfilling the booking and on leaving the apartment in the same condition
• The full rent should then be paid 3 weeks prior to arrival
• Payments can be paid online or by posting a cheque to our office or online using Visa , Master Card, AMEX or PayPal using our secure payment options at www.mullanfiles.com/Payments.html
• Online rent payments incur a 3% booking charge (we are charged this so have to pass the cost on) – The deposit is not subject to this 3% charge
• Unfortunately we are unable to hold or reserve an apartment until the deposit is paid and we have sent you an email confirming the reservation.
Our apartments are located in a residential area and are unsuitable for parties, hen nights, etc. The full deposit will be forfeited if we receive complaints from management companies or residents re significant noise after 9pm.

  We booked this apartment so that we could visit the Titanic Museum and stayed for 4 nights. The apartment was superb. It was modern, well furnished and comfortable. We forgot to book the wifi but that was organised quickly and we appreciated the great customer service. There was a decent collection of Dvds and although we had digital tv, this helped a good lazy Sunday afternoon!
  
  The apartment is located in the titanic quarter area and this is a lovely part of belfast.
  
  We had friends over on the Fri evening and the balcony could maybe do with another couple of chairs but we survived!

  Over the years my husband and I have stayed in many self catering style apartments but I must say we found this provider to be one of the very best we have vacationed with.
  
  The apartment complex was comfortable, modern, clean and ideally located. All of our self catering needs were fulfilled and the attention to detail made all the difference to the over all experience.
  
  I must also complement the staff as the quality of customer service we received was second to none.
  
  We received a personalised service which I find is not always present with larger 'faceless' providers.
  
  We will definitely be returning!

  We had a terrific weekend in a great location, we took in a show at the waterfront and did some shopping.  A very clean and modern apartment with plenty of space, and all that is required for self catering, would recommend to anyone.
