The apartment is situated in a quiet tree lined cul-de-sac just off belfasts golden mile. Belfast City Centre is only a five minute walk. Had a fabulous weekend in Belfast. Apartment was in a fantastic location about 5-10 mins from City Centre. Handy Tesco next door and lots of pubs and restaurants just minutes away.
Can't believe people would complain about tihis apartment, it does exactly what is says on the tin! Great value for money.
Alan the owner was helpful friendly and couldn't do enough to help- picked us up and dropped us off at the airport which was a huge bonus.
I will return to Belfast as it is a wonderful City and everyone we met was friendly and helpful and I would book this apartment again without a doubt. -

Difficulty finding apartment even with google map. Little information given by alan for direction to apt. when requested the day before arrival. Luckily, Alan emailed us to notify us about getting the key to the apt. Just wondering if renters do not have access to internet or cellphone ( we were to call alan when we arrived at the door) it would be cumbersome to find apt and contact alan.
A basic apt. Relatively clean except shower curtains - mold one one curtain and on the opposite side a shower curtain used to cover window. Second bedroom tiny with the 2 single beds. Kitchen electric stove had one faulty element. Alan had cookies, milk, tea and coffee waiting for us. A nice touch. Alot of cleaning solutions lying around the bathroom floor and kitchen counters. Closet and dresser in bedroom and hallway full of maintenance items. Difficult to adjust the heat in the apt. though alan gave a quick run through. Turning on the shower recquired pulling on the chain and turning two levers ( foreign to us ). Washroom could use more rods or hooks to hang up towels and clothes. Febreeze spray ( on the stairway counter) is not a pleasant smell. Towels need a softener!
Good things: Apt. is 10 min. walk into town center so location was good. Living room counter had brochures of things to see and do. There was a computer with internet access this was handy. Kitchen well equipped, possibly to many knick knacks on the counters that weren't necessary and occupying counter space.
Used booking .com to book apt. Reservation said 25% charged to credit card upon booking. Alan wanted cash and that there was no deposit made. So alan called booking .com to clarify. It should state that payment should be cash only and at booking/reserving of apt no credit card deductions are made. -

The apartment is in a great location just south of center and was perfect for us. The kitchen has everything you could need, including laundry facilities. The computer with internet access came in very handy since we didn't travel with computers or smartphones of our own. The guy who showed us around had great local recommendations, too. There's parking about a block away. Very nice and convenient - I would stay again.

we stayed thursday to tuesday great location alan picked us up at airport then took us back to airport for a small fee ...tesco just round corner as was loads ot pubs and take aways botanic gardens not far away ...flat had everything youneed lovely and clean and modern ...some people hanging about around flat but they were friendly enough no trouble infact they spoke to us ok definatily return ...

Great location, right between Golden Mile & City Centre. Welcome Pack included very nice biscuits, Alan very accomodating and helpful. Apartment did have steep steps inside & out and may not be suited for younger children or buggys. Apartment was spotlessly clean, could not find fault, Computer & Web access was great facility. We stayed weekend and there was a lot of parties on but didn't disturb good nights sleep. Tesco Express on corner was very convenient for supplies, Would definately return
