This excellent apartment is ideal for anyone over on business or for those who want to have a weekend city break.
As our apartment is situated in a residential complex it is definitely not suitable for Hens/ Stags/ Parties.

Central and well appointed.
I came up to Belfast with my parents who hadn't been home for a number of years and we decided to book into an apartment rather than a hotel. We were very pleased with the location of the apartment as it was within walking distance to the city centre and was just round the corner from the Victoria Square shopping centre. There was car parking with the apartment and the rep was very helpful in pointing out where the most suitable restaurants and bars were for my elderly parents.
McHughs bar is nearby and I would recommend it for a lunch and it does a great Guinness! Victoria Squar has plenty of good restaurants as well, though you have to know to go up to the top as they don't seem to advertise it too well. We ate in Frankie and Bennies and it was very tasty as well. We are finishing off our trip in a cafe No36 before heading to the airport. We did not go hungry on this trip and didn't use the kitchen facilities as much as we planned!

I highly recommend anybody staying in belfast to rent any of the apartments owned by mullan property, myself and my family rented two properties in Belfast city last week, we had a fantastic time, the booking itself was made easy by a lady called sabina who works in the office, we were greeted by the owner anne who was most helpful and polite, the property's themself were immaculate and clean, everything was as described the kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms were spacious with lovely comfortable beds. Good sized bathrooms with clean towels provided, free wifi in Clarendon quay, We were within walking distance of the city, security at the premises was also good we felt very safe and secure, we also had a parking space at Clarendon quay which was great. Lovely views,, what more can I say other than we loved our stay at these places and We did not want to leave, I usually stay in the 4* malmaison hotel when i visit belfast and can honestly say I'd never stay there again now I have found these properties they were much more enjoyable and I hope to return again and again. Fantastic value for money Thank you for use of your homes :)
