I stayed in 9.25 with colleagues from Madrid, whilst visiting Belfast on business. The apartment could not have been more perfect for our stay. The rooms were pristinely clean, ridiculously comfortable furniture, and Ciaran had thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible: from a chilled bottle of wine to the packets of cereal and milk awaiting us. The location of the apartment is fantastic - views of the Titanic quarter and only 10 mins walking to the bars of Belfast's cathedral quarter. Local shop downstairs for convenience. Ciaran's communication prior to arrival was consistent and very helpful. His mother met us on arrival and gave a thorough tour of the flat. She showed us directly to parking - another big plus for this flat being our secure underground parking space. I 100% recommend Ciaran's property to anybody visiting Belfast whether for business or pleasure, we were extremely comfortable and did not want to leave at the end of our stay! Thanks Ciaran! We (family of 5) stayed over Xmas. The owner was very helpful! A christmas tree, decorations and a bottle of champagne were all provided!
The apartment has three large double/twin bedrooms, a lovely kitchen and lounge with spectacular views over the ship yard.
Short, attractive walk into the city centre across the locks and in the other direction along the riverside/marina and the Titanic centre and outside exhibits. Cafe plus shop/deli underneath the apartment.
The apartment is great and the owner rightly proud of it - and very attentive of visitors - highly recommended! Read more

Myself and my 3 girlfriends chose Belfast for our Xmas dinner night out and fortunately chose Ciaran's apartment to stay in. Typically, on these types of trips, we would stay in a hotel but this was a much more relaxed way to visit Belfast. From the minute you book, Ciaran does a lot of the hard work for you. There's a map which made it very easy to find the apartment and Ciaran will also send a list of recommendations for places to eat and drink in - very useful. Once there, we were graciously shown around by his lovely mum. The front door of the apartment opens into a fabulous red tiled hall...very glamorous. This beautiful new apartment is stylishly decorated, spacious and spotless. The living room has full length windows looking over at the iconic Harland &Wolff; cranes. There are 3 proper double bedrooms (two with balconies that allow you to watch the river) and two gorgeous bathrooms. There's a fully equipped kitchen too - but I can only vouch for the kettle! You're a 15 minute walk to the City Hall (and a slightly shorter walk to the Merchant for great cocktails). Fortunately, there's also a taxi number in the info pack for high heel wearers. I didn't know the area very well prior to booking but was surprised by how central it is. On Sunday mornings, I would recommend George's Market. It was buzzing, selling delicious food and stuff that you never knew you wanted. There was even live music. The apartment is also on the doorstep of both the Titanic Exhibition and the Odyssey. These amenities, location and space would also make this apartment a perfect choice for families, providing much better value than a hotel room. Loved my stay there and will be back. Read more

We used this apartment to break the monotony of hotel stays during a 3 month European tour for 3 crew members of our company.
The apartment was very well appointed with large bedrooms. Especially beautiful ensuite in one room. The apartment is large with plenty of room for people to chill out on the balconies on either side of the building.
There are mod cons in the apartment including wifi and clothes washing facilities. A modern well equipped kitchen with milk, tea and coffee for the late night arrival of the crew was greatly appreciated.
The transaction was effortless on our part and very simple to do. I received fast responses through email communications and friendly phone calls to exchange the keys in the apartment.
The apartment was clean and had beautiful industrial views of the yellow cranes and industrial shipyards. It is located within minutes to the Titanic visitors centre and Odyssey arena Belfast. A short walk would take you into the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
Overall a beautiful apartment, and smooth transaction. Thank you Ciaran for all your help,

A very convenient, clean, and nice apartment for visiting Belfas

Ciarán's apartment in The arc apartments are, in a word, fantastic.
Belfast is a small, walkable city, and the arc apartments reside just across the river from the Cathedral Quarter, which was very close to most everything we were trying to see and take part in for our trip. There is a small footbridge that connects each side of the river that makes things a very easy walk to get in and out of town (10-15 min), centralized around the clock tower. A cab ride from the arc apartment to the Ulster Museum and Botanical Gardens (the farthest point we ventured), wasn't too expensive at all ( 10 pounds) considering that encompassed the full length of the city areas that we hoped to explore. Our group was really happy that everything was such a quick walk and cab rides were really cheap to get back should we want it.
The apartment itself is great. The beds were good for our group (5 total, sharing 4 beds), and Ciarán had everything prepared above and beyond for our stay. Water pressure in the shower is excellent, and the dishwasher, vacuum, and washing machine make longer stays and cleaning up before heading out really easy. There's pretty much everything you'd need at the apartment (and then some if you forgot a few basics), and there's a small convenient store if you need to get a few snacks. Parking garage was a convenient extra and the big complex next door is good for more easy going nights of bowling or seeing a movie.

I was sadly not able to meet Ciaran himself but the assured regularity of messages would put even the most nervous of first time airBnB users at ease.
Fortunately this meant I got to meet his mum (Mary). Mary was very accommodating, helpful and more than happy to show us around the apartment.
The apartment itself is stunning. From the ruby red sparkling hallway floor to the huge bath and massive en-suite shower. The bedrooms were fabulously comfortable as were the beds. But for me the Pièce de résistance was the main balcony that was overlooked by one of the giant yellow Harland & Wolff cranes.
As you will have already discovered, the apartment is a stones throw from the Titanic museum and just a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre.
I would whole heartedly recommend this apartment to anyone; it's ultra stylish, on the city centre doorsteps and there's a great big yellow piece of history past the balcony.
My only regret was that we stayed for just the one night.
If ever I'm in Belfast again, I'm staying here! And I'll fight yer forrit!!! Read more

Just steps from the incredible Titanic Museum and Exposition, this immaculate modern condo offered extremely spacious luxury accomodations to my traveling companions and myself.
The 3 bedrooms were spacious and had incredibly comfortable beds with luxury linens, we slept like babies! The open living room/kitchen area allowed us to relax and enjoy a drink and meal. The apartment also featured 2 modern bathrooms and tolietries (shampoo, conditioner, etc) were provided.
This apartment was also a short 10 minute walk or a $ 6 taxi ride from city center with it's great shopping, restaurants and pubs. There were plenty of maps and guides in the apartment to allow us to explore the city and area with ease. There is also a well-appointed grocery shop and cafe on the first floor of the building.
We are accustomed to a high level of luxury when on holiday and this apartment definitely met and exceeded all expectations. Read more
