The title says it all!!! Flat is in perfect location to explore Belgrade and especially it's nightlife. It looks even better live than on photos and is immaculately clean what is usually not the case with vacation rentals...is fully equipped and has absolutely everything one could need. Renting it if you plan to go to Belgrade, you just cannot miss!
On top of that, Aleksandar is perfect host, so nice and helpful.

Location, location, location. A delightful centrally located quiet fourth floor apartment 2 or 3 minutes walk from Belgrade's pedestrianised Bohemian quarter and 5 minutes walk from the green market and a late opening bakery. Start the day with a good cappuchino at the cafe next door, browse in the market for fruit and honey, buy some bread for breakfast in the apartment and take your pick of restaurants for lunch all within 5/10 minutes walk of the apartment. It gets better there is on street parking nearby (free for part of the weekend) and the apartment is well equipped with essentials not always found in Serbian apartments such as a washing machine and iron. The living room converts confortably and easily into a second bedroom. The apartment is ideal for anyone needing the comfort of a four star hotel but more space than a hotel offers and would be perfect for anyone with limited time as the best Belgrade has to offer is all within walking distance of the apartment. It was a pleasure to meet the owner who has a good sense of humour and very helpfully shares his insider knowledge of Belgrade with apartment residents.

My husband and I spent a week here with our 3 teenagers while visiting relatives and exploring the city. It is so quiet, safe and clean. There are 3 spacious rooms, a modern bathroom, and 2 large balconies. The owners have put a lot of thought into what travelers need to feel comfortable.
The apartment is located in Belgrade's most charming neighborhood. There are many interesting food shops and an open market just minutes away by foot. My teenagers could independently explore this central, fashionable part of the city. The apartment is cosy, clean and warm - feels just like home! It's situated in Belgrade "Montmartre", very close to the top center, full with restaurants and bars. Such a hospitality I've never seen before!

The room was just as described and in a very good area of Belgrade. Easy to walk into town and the street has a great selection of bars and restaurants.

Came for a 2 night stay and could not wish for a better location. Outside the apartment is exactly where you want to be for the sights, restaurants and bars of Belgrade. Great service on arrival and the owner gave loads of tips for local restaurants etc. Apartment really clean and in great condition . Perfect in every way ...no faults at all !!

We took a taxi to wrong location, called the owner and he picked us up. A good start! He showed us the apartment and explained everything about the area before he left us with the key and a contact number in case we needed some help during our stay in Belgrade. The apartment was clean and modern. There is a very nice pedestrian street close to the apartment, and it's 3-4 minutes walk to the center of Belgrade. We recomend this apartment, and if I ever go back to Belgrade, I definately will chose the same place to stay!

After staying in that cozy apartment I realised I do have one more essential reason to love Belgrade even more than I used to do. That's absolutely adorable place for a pleasant & comfort stay. Being an architect for all my life I perfectly know all the main "components" necessary for an apartment to be 100% nice and that place have all of them deffinetly, so I highly recommend it. Lovely place in the heart of the old town, quiet despite the central location. Very clean and comfortable - it was a great base for our exploration of beautiful Belgrade! The hosts were extremely nice and helpful - I would stay there again!

Having never travelled to Belgrade before I was not familiar with the layout of the city, but found this apartment couldn't have been better located. Very close to bars and restaurants without having any kind of noise pollution. The apartment itself was well decorated with nice furnishings and all the facilities and amenities necessary for a short or longer term stay. There were two of us travelling but there was sufficient space for a group of 4 without feeling crowded. No real negatives and the area felt very safe even during at night. Tramline 2 passed very close to the apartment giving easy access to the remainder of the city centre and there is a fresh produce market opposite the building.

I stayed there one week with my daughter of 2 years old.
It is the perfect place,cause it is in the middle of the center and close to everything,like Kalamagdan parc and the beautifull downtown buildings(Belgrade parlement).
Also the shops are close,so you never have to take the bus or taxi.
The contact person is very friendly and helpfull and makes you feel welcom in the appartment.The appartment is really beautifull,lots of space and very open and clean.There is everything i needed for me and my daughter.

A very comfortable, bright, clean and nicely decorated apartment. Situated right in the centre of Belgrade, next to one of the main tourist areas and in walking distance of most sights. However, on the fourth floor it is remarkably quiet for somewhere so central.
It has the basic equipment for self-catering, but most importantly perhaps for those on slightly longer stays, an efficient modern washing machine.
Wireless internet connection was indispensable as I was in Belgrade on business.
One very comfortable bedroom with double bed and a perhaps not-quite-so comfortable sofa bed in the spacious main room, which was slightly inconvenient to pull out and put away each day.
It is not so cheap, so is probably only a good alternative to a hotel if doubling up or going as a family.
The landlords are very friendly, discrete, but also ready to help out wherever and whenever they can. I would highly recommend the apartment.Response from Belgrade Apartments - 10/14/2010

This apartment located in the heart of Belgrade was absolutely fantastic and I truly have no complaints. Many apartments in Belgrade don't have the best heating, this particular one was very warm, cozy and bright. Its been recently renovated and it shows. The bathroom is very nice and modern and the kitchen is small, but very cute and big enough to make breakfast and coffee. For meals we explored the many amazing restaurants in the neighborhood.
There are 2 coffee shops/bars conveniently located downstairs and a cute farmers market across the street. Everything else is literally a few minutes walk from the apartment as this street is very popular and trendy. The owners are very kind and accommodating.
I love Belgrade and this apartment just made my trip that much greater. I high recommend it and would stay here again in a heart beat.

before visiting belgrade, i searched almost all web pages for rental apartments, the main thing was the central location, decoration of the apartment and cleanness. Luxury Belgrade Apartments Strahinica Bana is the best in this way and also the prices are very good if you compare to other alternatives. Location is just in the heart of old town and there are so many nice cafes and bars in walking distance. it was one of my best holidays.

We loved Apartment Strahinica Bana - the flat itself had all the amenities
you would expect - new stove, fridge, tv, wireless internet etc. - the only
outdated thing was the iron but it worked great so we loved that heavy
block of heat too - sheets we're clean and fresh and the floors, rugs etc.
were very new. Nice balconies on two sides of the apartment were a
welcome addition.
Outside the place, Strahinica Bana is a trendy street with many, many cafes
stretching for blocks. We enjoyed going to one called Pastis a few blocks
away. Just around the corner from the apartments is the famed Skadarlija
street - one of the oldest in Belgrade - where you can find 100-year old
restaurants that serve traditional serbian food and host musicians know
every traditional song in the book. A must for anyone visiting the city.
Alexandar, the owner, is fantastic and very professional.
Highly recommended!

We were met by Alex, the owner, at the apartment, and he explained the services in the apartment. The apartment is very nicely presented, with extremely good taste in furnishings, lighting and equipment. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nicely designed and the amenities were extremely good - washing/drying machine, drying racks, coffee machine, oven, air conditioning, etc. The owner had also provided maps and tourist information in the apartment which were really useful to decide what we wanted to do during the days. The kitchen is very small but perfectly adequate for short stays.
The location is excellent - right in the city centre. Everything was within walking distance. Alex recommended a couple of extremely good restaurants with great food and very reasonably priced. Also the owner was available for any questions, requirements etc. and offered to take us to the railway station at the end of our stay, which was extremely thoughtful.

I am always sceptical when apartments do not have any negative comments but i honestly cannot fault this accomodation. Perfectly positioned in a central location close to bars, restaurants, small bakeries and shops which are open 24 hours for your convienience. the interior of the apartment is beautifully decorated, chic and trendy, spacious and homely. The help provided by the booking operator was also exceptional. We were given a wide range of
