It is on the third floor of the building equipped with elevator and intercom. The 36m2 apartment contains living room with one queen size bed and one high quality sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchen and bathroom. Fully renovated apartment complies highest quality and aesthetic criteria.

Equipment:

Safety door, deposit box, FREE WiFi, phone (FREE LOCAL CALL's), clean towels and bed linen included, CATV, DVD and mp3 player, air conditioner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, slippers and fully furnished kitchen with microwave, filter coffee machine and other needed accessories.

Every 7 days cleaning and bed line...n and towels change is included. Other agreements regarding this matter are possible.

Apartment is located in the very city center of Belgrade, 200m from Skadarlija. It is only on a 10 minutes walking distance from the pedestrian zone - Knez Mihailova Street, the Republic Square and Kalemegdan - the old fortress.

In case you decide to organize your stay in studio apartment SKADARLIJA No. 8, then you and your friends will be in the downtown area of all events, at 5 min drive from the Main Railway Station and also not-far-from many trendy restaurants, cozy cake shops plus seductive shopping places.

The rate is on 1 person basis. For every additional person there is 5 EUR surcharge. For stays more than 1 day there is a discount. For exact price please contact the owner. City tax of 1.5 Eur daily per person is not included in price.
*One thing more that should be paid when you arrive to the apartment is refundable damage deposit of 200 €, as a way to make sure that all made damage in the apartment will be paid. If there is no damage before guest leaves the apartment we will return the total amount of deposit.
If guest cancels the reservation 72h or less before Arrival, after the reservation has been made, or wants to leave the apartment before the end of the reservation period, without prior announcement (min. 24h in advance) Agency has the right to charge or to keep the amount of one day apartment rate of the reservation deposit for the reservation period that has been cancelled.
There is surcharge for Check-in and Check-out time:
9 PM - 12 AM – 20 €
12 AM - 8 AM – 30 €
There is also a possibility to use baby equipment: cot bed with bed linen, highchair, and baby bathtub with a surcharge of 25 €.

  The apartment is very pleasant for a short - or indeed, for a longer - stay in Belgrade. It is light, clean and well equipped. Most importantly, it is in a quiet, and rather charming, area, that is within a short walk of the main attractions of the city. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. I would return and I would be happy recommend it to others also.
