On 140 square meters total area a unique atmosphere is created, which can accomodate up to 5 people away from everyday life. After a day of innumerable impressions of the city, you can bounce in the comfortable suspended swings on the roof terrace. You can watch the sunset and then later the starry sky while you are grilling with... friends (electric grill provided) or sharing your experiences with friends via the Internet from the private office. If you enjoy cooking, the fully equipped open kitchen is a pleasure that you can enjoy together with your friends at the adjoining bar. The car parking can be booked for a small additional fee. It consist of a lockable underground parking, located in the properties' building basement. - advance payments for reservations of 20% of the total amount requested before departure to confirm the booking in the system.
- In case of travel loss, you are kindly requested to inform the contact person on time. After consultation, a new travel date is set. This should be forfeited and shall be forfeited in the total prepayment. With a new travel loss, the total amount of advanced payment will be withheld.

  We spend one month in summer at Penthouse Saint, it is really the best location and accommodation in Belgrade! Impressive interior, sunrise, sunset, giant terrasse with all facilities needed for a good time, great views, super friendly and lovley Ladyhost, perfect location in the heart of action packed Belgrade City Center, full of Cafes and Restaurants but still very calm and peacefull at 10th floor overlooking all Belgrade landmarks, amazing!   this Penthouse has been definatley the highlight of our vacation!
  
  Best VIP viewpoint of Belgrade from the huge terrace, great apartment facilities & feel good factor, day light-flooded, comfortable access to all City activities, especially to the highway driveway!
  
  Superb service from the landlord & Team, we've been picked up from the airport, got a sightseeing tour for "insiders" and experienced far more then we expected from our vacation!
  
  We're all ready packing suitcases for our second trip and are highly recommending this lovely Penthouse to anyone with good taste!

  The view is breathtaking, sunset and sunrise just every day enjoyable, watching the sky and stars from Your bedroom or office and just taking a quick sunbath or breakfast on the terrace is just of priceless worth while our stay!
