Situated in the heart of Bellagio. We have 4 self-catering holiday apartments for families or couples wanting to get away and relax in the surrounding beauties that Lake Como has to offer. Our apartments are all together in one building. Built in the 1800's . The apartments can be booked for groups or families having thier own space but close to each other. Just a 2 min stroll to the waterfront with shops,boutiques and resturaunts along the alleys.
A self-do laundromat is just around the corner.

We stayed here for 3 nights in July 2012. The owner, Maria, is a lovely woman who was very helpful when it came to finding the address. We had driven from France and she provided very clear directions plus her contact number. When we arrived, she was waiting to greet us, help us with bags, and direct us to the most likely area for a car park. The apartment was well-furnished, clean, and ample space for 2 people. There is a laundromat and supermarket/deli 20 seconds away. The apartment was perfectly located for many restaurants. The big drawcard is the lovely garden and sun lounges that we used everyday to relax in after taking in all the sights around lake Como.

We stayed in one of the first floor apartments at the start of out trip and had booked the garden apartment for the end of our holiday as it was not available earlier. Maria was the one to suggest we could change apartments in the middle of our stay and organised our slightly complicated booking from start to finish. She and her family were very welcoming when we arrived and helpful throughout our stay. The location of the apartments is amazing; a great base for a holiday at Lake Como, but it was the garden apartment that really impressed us. It is located in the middle of Bellagio, but still feels secluded, and the garden is bigger than some of the pictures would suggest. We loved it and would definitely go back!

My husband and I stayed in Maria's apartments for five days and had a fabulous time. The apartments are in a perfect location to shops, restaurants and ferries.
They were clean, spacious and had all the amenities one would need while on vacation. We had views of Lake Como and of the quaint town. Would highly recommend this as a relaxing place to stay for couples or families. -

My husband and I stayed at Maria's apartment for a week in april and had a delightful time. The studio is perfect...especially the patio. There is a laundromat and a grocery store two minutes from the apartment. It was perfect!

A group of 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids) rented two of Maria's apartments. We could not have been more pleased with the apartments, location, and our stay with Maria. The apartments were well stocked, roomy, and clean! the location is in the heart of Bellagio - walk out the front door (watch out for cars in the narrow street!) and you are in a wonderful spart of town. Maria was so great to work with both before we got there (she guided us in via email and phone calls) as well as being so supportive of us when we were there.
We will definitely stay here again if given the chance. -

My husband and I loved our stay here - it was one of the highlights of our trip. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a nice terrace overlooking the city streets (very quiet in March). We could walk to everything and there were little markets downstairs for when we didn't eat out at the local restaurants. Hostess Maria was so nice too. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return and would highly recommend the apartment to others (two bedroom, one bath, nice living room and kitchen). A perfect experience.

I loved the apartment, garden was fab and secluded. We had everything we needed. There was even books and magazines for the guests. Deck chairs in the garden. Host Maria was very friendly and helpful. I would try to book this place first if I return to Bellagio. It was even nicer than I had expected, and I had high expectations from the photos. Location couldn't be beaten. It was right in the centre of the town but very quiet at night.

Everything was just great: Maria was extremely helpful and nice, the location was great and the apartment was clean and well-furnished. Lake,shops and restaurants just round the corner, that was perfect! I wld definitely recommend this place, and a big thank you to Maria for the good care she has of her guests!

We spent a wonderful 6 days in Bellagio and our little garden apartment was a perfect base. Maria met us when we arrived by taxi and extended a warm welcome to the town. The apartment is exactly as described - basic, comfortable accommodation but what sets it apart is the amazing location - right off the main stairway, and the beautiful private garden is a wonderful bonus. We enjoyed sunbathing after a day sightseeing and also enjoyed a couple of meals on the terrace - made possible by the compact but very functional kitchen. Maria was very helpful - for instance lending us beach towels which we had forgotten to pack. The town of Bellagio is stunningly beautiful and we would recommend a visit to anyone. If you want good value, centrally located, self catering accommodation this would be hard to beat.
