Special price for summer season for 4 people: Euro 2.800 - for 5 people : Euro 3.150. Minimum stay 3 nights.
We require a 20% of the total cost of the stay as a deposit, which can be paid by bank money transfer or by credit card (we require a Visa or Mastercard number, with expiry date and full name of the credit card’s holder’s).
We will send a written confirmation upon receiving the deposit.
Arrival/departure dates and number of guests will be confirmed on booking and booking implies the full acceptance of: - booking, cancellation, payment policies – terms of use of the property.
The balance (80% of the whole amount) can be paid:
-before arrival by bank money transfer or by credit card (Visa/mastercard same way as the deposit)
OR
-on arrival: in cash, travellers’ checques or credit card (Visa o Mastercard)
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refund. Changes of arrival/departure date are subject to availability and have to be agreed in advance.

The Villa dei Fiori is located in the quaint fishing village of Pescallo on the shores of Lake Como. The view of the lake and mountains is stunning and the villa's terrace is a lovely place to have coffee in the morning or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Just a short walk down cobbled streets takes you to the nearby shops and restaurants of Bellagio.
The villa is very comfortable and well-appointed with every convenience for a family or several couples traveling together. The home is a lovely mix of modern amenities and interesting collectibles. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and for breakfast Luca provided biscuits, jam, honey, tea, coffee, fruit and eggs. Fresh towels and maid service are provided daily. There is also free Wi-fi and ample parking space inside the gated grounds. Meeting Luca was a pleasure; his hospitality and attention to detail made our stay perfect in every way. You will not be disappointed. At the Villa dei Fiori you will enjoy the tranquility of Pescallo and the convenience of Bellagio. We can't wait to return.Response from Luca and Mary - 05/17/2013

This is an amazing house, with beautiful gardens, views and well kitted out. The arrangements were easy to make with Luca, and he was waiting for us when we arrived.
Lots of extra nice touches like toiletries, wine and breakfast waiting for us. We had a lovely meal at the Hotel Pergola and the Enoteca is a must do if you're a wine lover.
All in all an amazing place to stay and we'd go back in a heartbeat. -

I got married in Bellagio, and me and my wedding party stayed here (6 adults total), and we never wanted to leave! I have done this type of rental many times before, and never have I found a place so much better than advertised. The rental unit itself very well designed and maintained. Everything was very clean and modern and beautiful. And the rental was really well stocked - they had some food and a couple bottles of wine waiting for us!
And the views - oh man the views! It's like a postcard out your window.
The walk to the ferries is about 10 minutes there, 15 minutes back (because it's uphill), but most of that walk is through town, so it doesn't feel that long. I really liked being on the Pescallo side of the peninsula - it's so peaceful.

I am currently sitting in the garden at Villa dei Fiori, and it is hard not to enthuse about Lake como, Bellagio and this villa. The attention to detail has been amazing. We are travelling with our two young children (5 and 16 months), which is not always easy. We were supplied with everything we needed - from a crib with lovely linen and a changing mat, to a basket of toys and feeding bibs. The villa has been recently renovated to a high specification, and is very tastefully decorated. It has lovely gardens, with uninterrupted views over Lake Como. It is hard to magine a better place.

We had a great time at Villa dei Fiori. It really does look just as beautiful as it does on the owners' website. The decor is really stylish but without being over the top. It was spacious yet cosy.
I particularly liked sitting on the first floor balcony in the afternoons, when it was lovely and shady. You can see right across the lake and it is so quiet and peaceful that you can hear the trains chugging along the far side.
The walk into Bellagio town (about 15 mins) was quite easy, although if you have a pushchair or pram it's best to take the path alongside the road rather than the one that runs across from Pescaro. It's great to be so close to town (and the ferries) yet have a garden and room to park. There are a couple of good restaurants within a 5 minute walk.
Luca & Mary were great hosts and we wouldn't stay anywhere else on our next visit. -

We really enjoyed our stay in Mary & Luca's place. The house is amazing, well furnished and decorated, a personal note...I've never sleep so well, I would've take the mattress home with me:) The location is great, in a very quite side of Bellagio but only 5 minutes walk to the center. Wonderfull vacation in a marvellous place...we plan to return in October for more relaxing and funny days.
