Located just outside Bellagio, in the quiet village of Limonta, the property is a gracious villa with remarkable views on the lake and the headland of Bellagio.
The villa is located 3 kilometers from Bellagio, has a private garden, patio with table and chairs, and consists of lounge, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a total of 5 beds.
In the ground floor are a living room with fireplace and kitchen and the patio with barbecue, table and chairs, where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the lake and on Bellagio. The village of Limonta is located on the Lecco branch of Lake Como, 3 km from Bellagio. 200 meters from the villa there is a bus stop, or the jetty for the ferry to Bellagio.
The Bellagio ferry terminal is served by ferries and boats that will take you to any destination on the lake. Limonta itself is a perfect base for walking with many paths starting in the town square. There is a 'friendly Trattoria 5 minutes from the house, not far from the ferry dock.

Beautiful house. Tasetfully furnished in Italian style.
Be aware there are many steps from the parking up to the house. That's the price you pay for the view from the garden and balcony.
First floor has living room with dining table, and small kitchen wih everything you need. Bedroom with king-size bed and balcony with magnificent view on lake como. Other bedroom has three beds. Tv in bedroom and living room. Bathroom with bath. Other bathroom with shower in the basement, which also has ping-pong table, washer and dryer.
When we arrived the cooking gas was closed (they forgot to open the tap). Within minutes a man arrived with a spare gas canister.
You need a car. Supermarket, swimming pool, cartoleria, pizzeria within minutes in the area of Visgnola on the outskirts of Bellagio. Beaches in Onno 10 minutes drive south. -

Just a couple of miles from Bellagio, this quiet apartment has a great lake view and it's very clean and fully furnished. The outdoor patio and the garden are nice and well maintained. The owner was kind and helpful, we hope to go back there !

A wonderful apartment just a short drive from Bellagio.
The apartment is nicely furnished and well equipped and it has a wonderful view of the lake. With 2 bedrooms it's ideal for more people or a family.
We plan to go back there, as we
really liked the apartment and what it offered.
We would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing Italian getaway. -

We were totally surprised when we arrived at this Villa. We had no idea that the beauty and setting was so spectacular. The Villa was furnished with lovely furniture and sleeping accomodations were excellent. The Pasta family did everything to make our stay pleasant and tried to please our every wish. We cannot wait to return and stay longer.
