This semi-detached cottage is located on the edge of the seaside village of Bembridge on the Isle of Wight, sleeping 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Little Tifters is a semi-detached cottage on the edge of the seaside village of Bembridge on the Isle of Wight. The cottage offers accommodation all on the ground floor level and sleeps four people in two bedrooms - one double with open fire and one twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The living accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen with a door leading to the patio area, and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there is a shared lawned garden and gravelled area to the... front, where there is off road parking available for two cars. To the rear of the cottage, guests have a private, enclosed patio area with furniture and BBQ. With the amenities of Bembridge, including its beaches, within a ten minute walk, Little Tifters makes a great base for a seaside holiday.

Amenities: Gas central heating with open fire in double bedroom. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Shared front lawned garden with gravelled area, private enclosed patio area to rear with furniture and BBQ. Off road parking for 2 cars. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 10 mins walk. Note: Parking area is shared with owner, who lives in the annexe at the back of the cottage.

Town: Bembridge is a seaside village on the Isle of Wight, home to a sheltered harbour, from which pleasure boats and fishing boats travel to and from The Solent. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  This is a great little cottage in a beautiful part of the Isle of Wight. The cottage is well maintained and clean and the owner is very friendly and approachable. We had a great stay and enjoyed our holiday there. This cottage is just a walk from the beach and various dog walks. All round a great place to stay. A*
