Sleeps 4-6 people. 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with shared pools set within landscaped gardens. Private 50m2 terrace. As well as golf, Benahavis-Costa is well-served by shopping centres, restaurants, fitness centres, sports clubs and of course, as the name implies, beaches.
What instantly impresses visitors to La Hacienda is the incredible view, one of the finest in the whole coast. The low rise blocks lie within landscape gardens with a total of 5 pools. Additional notes from owner
While the apartment sleeps 6, there are beds in 2 bedrooms to sleep 4 and an extra two luxury fold out beds so while the apartment can sleep 6 we need to charge extra if bringing more than 4 to account for the extra laundry and usage of utilities.
Please note that excessive usage of the utilities such as electricity and air conditioning/heating will be passed onto the guests. We do not charge for utilities BUT within reason and we know what our regular charges are for guests staying throughout the year. If you exceed what is normal, please expect to pay the excess.
Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to book the apartment.
Cancellations: No refund of deposit unless cancellation by owner. Unless able to rebook the apartment, the balance payment will remain due if booking cancelled 3 months prior to arrival. If cancellation within 8 weeks of arrival, full balance will be retained.
Security deposit: The £200 security deposit must be paid with the balance payment 8 weeks prior to your holiday. It will be returned within 14 days of your departure after the local manager inspects the apartment.

We stayed here for a week July 2012 and the apartment is out of this world-very spacious and luxurious. It has been fitted out to a very high standard and also has that personal touch. The owner was very accommodating in our needs and has lots of very useful information laid out to help if you are a first timer in Marbella. The local area is very beautiful and we spent most evenings down by the marina. We would highly recommend this apartment for both short or long term holidaying - anyone staying there you'll have a great time!!!

I love staying here, I have been so many times now and love getting away from it all in this tranquil place :)
What more could a holiday maker want?!? Looking out over the Mediterranean Sea whilst soaking up the warmth in a beautiful setting, whilst being 15mins away from the shopping of Marbella where I pick up some holiday treats, 10mins away from the luxurious Puerto Banús for lovely evening stroll followed by a drink or two and 5 mins away from Benahavis where you can select from a plethora of restaurants supplying both local and world cuisine. (By car)
Golfers will not be disappointed as you could play at a different golf course every day of your holiday if you wish and even if you're a novice like myself, you can gain the skills at the local driving range and golf resorts with a professional trainer, who were very friendly and taught me a great deal.
First thing I do is to treat myself to a spa day at one of the local hotels to relax and unwind, there are many day packages on offer to help you get I to the holiday spirit.
The apartment has the best views over the Costa where you can chill out during the day and entertain yourself and friends with a taste of local wine or beer of the evening. The complex boast beautiful grounds with 5 swimming pools with waterfalls and meticulously kept gardens outside your front door. Lovely to listening to the babbling water and the bird song as your sun bathing.
Local supermarkets, bars and eateries are less than 5 mins away offering you a wide choice of food and drink plus a laugh with fellow holiday makers.
Take a drive to Rhonda along its twisting roads to see the scenic countryside (a beautiful national park awaits you if you enjoy hiking, personally my favourite past time) or for a day trip visit the absolutely outstanding alhambra in Granada (booking advised).
We would recommend this holiday to so many people from couples, a group of friends and a families :) -

We received excellent service. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we required. The apartment has glorious views over Benahavis. There are several pools in the complex and within a short walk from the apartment. It is only a short drive from Marbella and really good shopping. I would definitely go back. I loved the spectacular views from the apartment and it was so relaxing.

Luxury apartment, so roomy, so well finished & a view of africa, the Coast, Gibraltar from the living areas, terrace & bedroom!! A fantastic location to dip in & out of the buzz of Puerto Banus & Marbella. A 5 min car trip to the beautiful andalucian village of Benahavis. Cobbled streets & a restaurant scene that is matched nowhere in my opinion. Chateau Briand at albanicos & the amanhavis is a must. We went as a family & this holiday ticked all the boxes, beaches, zoos, Tivoli World for the kids & the lovely nights in Benahavis & Puerto Banus for us. The apartment is immaculate, of a high finish throughout as you would expect with a fabulous terrace looking onto gardens then that view!! A car is a must in this area so you can explore the coast & everything it has to offer. We are not golfers but this would be a golfers paradise!!

Spent just over two weeks here and had a wonderful holiday. Lots of care has obviously gone into the choice of furniture etc. Doesn't look like a standard holiday let. The pools are well maintained, as is the whole complex. Puerto Banus for glitz, San Pedro for spanish Spain and Benehavis for loads of eateries, all within a 10 /15 min drive. It really is a great spot and I look forward to going back later this year. Oh, and the fantastic view...and the weather...and the golf...

We stayed at Valerie's apartment for a week in September.
It was just lovely. Clean and luxurious with beautiful interiors and comfy furniture.
The swimming pools were amazing! Especially the infinity pool that we stayed by for most of our holiday.
The nearby town of Benahavis is beautiful and the restaurant choice was exceptional offering all types of cuisine from typically Spanish to modern European. The development is so well kept and security is 24 hours so that was a real plus point.
I would definately recommend this place. Ps. The views from the terrace are incredible and brilliant to sit and watch the world go by. -

Stayed here for three years running with my wife and two kids. The apartment is fantastic and finished to five star quality. The view from the verandah is one of the best I have seen. It's panoramic as you look to your left you see Marbella, as you look straight you see Morocco and as you pan right you get a perfect view of Gibraltar. The pools are fantastic, well maintained and never busy. Valerie's apartment is the perfect base to explore mainland Spain. Benahavis village which is less then ten minutes drive is picture perfect and the food offered is outstanding. Further afield Porto Banus and Marbella are short drives away and offer a complete variety in things to do. We will definitely be going back.

Apart from all of the luxurious finishings in this beautiful apartment, it has to be said we could not take our eyes off that view across the sea and also to the mountains. We had a clear view of Gibraltar and North africa and we couldn't stop taking photos of it at different times of day and night. It was just breath taking. No restaurant had that view so we loved just cooking home and eating on the terrace to watch the sun go down. Only a few apartments on the complex have that view. Loved the pools too which were always very quiet or empty. We were the only people in the pool most of the time. If you like Golf, you have the whole coast of the Costa's finest courses at your feet. Would go again in a heart beat!

Valerie's apartment has a lot going for it in terms of the luxurious finish and lovely complex with fantastic pools (we loved the infinity pool!) but the most amazing thing is that view. Only the apartments located where hers is have such a view. We couldn't stop taking photos of it at all times from day from Dawn to dusk. We ha perfect views across to Gibraltar and North africa. No restaurant had that view so cooking home and eating out on the terrace was the best treat. It's also a dream for Golfers in the middle of Costa Del Sol's many fine golf courses and even sits on top of one. Would go again in a heartbeat!
