Grand villa built fro famous Rock star in 1987

There are 2 villas to choose from.

Lampara En la colina is a luxurious 6 bedroomed grand villa with a 3bed guest house set in beautiful secluded landscaped gardens in the estate once owned by Madeline Carrol "39 steps film, In1985 Glen Tipton (Judist Priest rock group) was so taken by the landscaped grounds and the secret garden, he set about and built the Villa as it is today even with sound studio .

On Entering the property through the large double wooden doors you are straight away struck by its grandeur , The entrance lobby with a guest bathroom and office area, the grand staircase with chandelier to your left. straight ahead you enter the Lounge area with plasma and Sky TV package. to your left is the grand dining area. continuing in to the very light and spacious lounge you have a separation lower lower Liberia and games areas with emence floor to ceiling windows 7 meters high giving you amazing views of the mountains and down towards the sea.

back to the dining room with its grand fireplace and dining table which can seat 14 people and sloping roof with 1.3 meter chandelier. Through the door leads to the large kitchen and breakfast area. outside here you have a further break fast/lunch area which under cover, thought the kitchen you have another guest toilet and laundry fully equipped laundry room.

From Down stair all rooms can enter the inner court yard "alhambra" style with a fountain and comfortable seating areas , passing though the court yard you enter the undercover barbecue area with outside terraces areas with magnificent views.

The 1st floor you can access by the main entrance as well from the courtyard... the master bedroom is "king size" with 100 m2 4 poster super king bed.. plasma tv Sky en suite bathroom with separate toilet, shower and a large 2 person jacuzzi bath.

For all guest rooms you head left down the passage way which looks over the courtyard and the dinning room to your left. all the guest rooms (3 have outside terraces with seating , king size beds, en-suite bathrooms and TVS

the last guest room has twin single beds en-suite bathroom shared with what we call the nanny's bedroom,

Outside the villa there are many seating areas on all sides of the house, walking through the garden you head off down to the 17 meter long pool with shady patio areas for sunbathing...

The second Villa "Candella En La Colina" (property reference 85955) is a 10 bedroom villa (20) people built over 1000m2 and 36000m2 of land.,very exclusive even has a 300meter drive way.. with excellent outside facilities, in EL Madronal.

Both villas offer maid service and driver and Mercedes MPV carrier.

Both Villas offer security and privacy for those wishing to keep away from prying eyes.

The easy way is to have a hire car.. or mini bus.. local towns include San pedro , Marbella Estepona. Ronda Gibrlatar all within an hour. or you can venture further afield to Seville, Cordaba Granada, approx 2 hours driving.

The resident staff are on Hand 24/7, they live in separate accommodation. if you need help with arranging transport or trips or even BBQ for 20 people no problem we can help.
