Well Equipped Penthouse Apartment, two Bedrooms, extremely well furnished. Large terrace, which has summer kitchen, BBQ, shower and jacuzzi. Close to beach and all amenities, and the Marina. Benalmadena is situated on the Costa del Sol and lies between Malaga and Fuengirola. It is almost an extension of Torremolinos. It is made up of three totally different centres, Benalmadena Pueblo, Arroyo de la Miel and Benalmadena Costa. From here you can visit Granada, Gibraltor, Seville, Cordoba and Ronda. It is also good to get to Tangiers in Morocco! AIRPORT TRANSFERS FROM THE AIRPORT AVAILABLE, PLEASE ASK.

The coastal area of Benalmadena with many hotels, beaches and the award winning Marina, with excellent port facilities, fantastic nightlife and the fabulous Aquarium.
With the huge number of resident and visiting foreign Tourists to Benalmadena and the Costa del Sol in general, the variety of types of restaurants is enormous. There are many English, Scottish and Irish pubs, most of which have live big screen sporting events. You have the choice of all nationality restaurants, including, Chinese, Italian, Dutch, Lebanese, etc. There are also plenty opportunities to try out the local dishes and the best place to go is along the beach or to the Marina and visit a "Chiringuito" Beach Bar) where fresh fish dishes are served up with a wonderful chilled wine or a refreshing glass of sangria.
One of the best places on the Costa del Sol for nightlife is Benalmadena, with so many different types of bars, clubs, restaurants that there is always something to suit all tastes. From the latest Clubland sounds with top D.J.'s to swish sophistication and the live jazz, or salsa dancing till dawn, the Marina Port has it all.
At the crossroads before going down to the Port, is the Plaza Solymar,, where there are more pubs and clubs for the night owls such as Beer Kellar, Molly Malones Irish Bar, Disco Kiu Nightclub, Dutch Inn, Jules Disco, Liquid Bar & Coyotes Gentlements Bar.
In Benalmadena there are plenty of things to see as well as enjoying entertaining family days out to places like the theme park, Tivoli World, the fabulous Jardin de Las Aguilas (Garden of Eagles), see the penguins and dolphins at Selwo Marina and Sea Life or take a ride in the Cable Car to see breathtaking views of the coast.
All along the promenade, which stretches from the Bil Bil Castle to the Marina, you will see an amazing variety of mosaics done by different artists. The styles and materials differ greatly, with some artists using a ceramic finish, while others have opted for metal, wood or natural stone. The overall impression of this outdoor 'exhibition' is the result of the Plan of Local Art Development, which has encouraged local artists to add beauty to the area by exhibiting their art in this way.
The promenade is one of the smartest of the Costa del Sol and plans are afoot to extend it further. It presently covers several kilometres and stretches across the Benalmadena area with the relaxing tranquillity of sand and sea on one side and the bustling commercial hubbub of activity on the other. There are many bars and restaurants all along the sea front, where you can enjoy a pleasant time looking out across the Mediterranean or watching the world go by.

We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly in the apartment & found it very comfortable & had anything we could have needed to make our stay an enjoyable one.The outstanding aspect is the large patio area with the sun almost all day & the jacuzzi adds a luxury touch.
In a good location, with the marina a short walk away , the arroyo del Miel centre less than 5 euros in a cab & access to all the buses running between Malaga & Marbella at the end of the road.
Thanks also to the owner, Linda. Any requests we made were responded to positively & quickly, which has not always the case with various apartments we have used in the past. Transfers were also arranged to & from the airport very reasonably & efficiently.
Benalmadena was relatively quiet but this suited us as we were looking for a relaxing holiday.
In summation, we would recommend the apartment to anybody looking for a quality apartment at a reasonable price in Benalmadena.Response from Spanish Holiday Properties - 04/19/2013

We have a very happy history with Benalmadena and it was going to take something pretty amazing to beat what we have previously enjoyed there. This apartment was it. Its extremely well thought out and very nicely presented. The location is perfect (walk to the right at the end of the road for our favourite beach on the Costa del Sol, to the left for the stunning Marina, 10 min to the most beautiful park we have found in the area and 15 min walk to Selwo) and relaxing in the hot tub looking over mountains with a glass of wine as the sun goes down was just what the doctor ordered. Magic.

the two of us enjoyed our 2 week stay at this well furnished comfortable and secure apartment. It was well placed for all amenities, marina, park, shops bars and restaurants. Local buses to other resorts along the coast for a change of scenery. the large terrace a great outside space and the jacuzzi just heaven.booking made very easy and all inclusive price great (cleaning,heating etc)took up offer of being met at airport so no hassle to get there, would love to go back again, thanks david and linda.

I have just returned from a lovely vacation in the apartment casa isla in Benalmadena.
I would highly recommend this apartment, 5mins from sea front and all restaurants but far enough way to allow for peace while on the sunning yourself on the terrace. -

Everything was according to the announcement, a super comfortable apartment within 5 minutes from the beach. The terrace is beautiful with mountain views. Everything is available within 10 minutes walk, supermarket, shops, public transport. Would return without hesitation!

much better then expected rooms were comfatable and spotless on arrival the hot tub was simply magical and would definately reccomend 100% we will definately be back in the future. easy to get to from airport it even supprised my hard to please motther in law nows that worth a good write up in any sense

nice place to stay , a little expensive maybe , great location maybe 2nd bedroom not really suitable for 2 adults , more of a kids room , but overall great holiday , oh and the ,hot tub fantastic !!

Perfect location of the flat, near everything also very silent.Nice terrace in the afternoon sun.

In Spain, in the summer we use cotton sheets and in the winter nordic quilts. I know for some clients this is different to what they are used to. If we had received a telephone call we could have supplied more sheets etc., We will now leave them in the apartment for the clients to choose their bedding.

Although we arrived early as others have done before we were able to leave our luggage at the apartment until the cleaning was complete. Located in a quiet street near all the local amenities the apartment was in a small modern complex which is very safe and secure.
The apartment itself was very nice and comfy filled with everything you would need for a self catering holiday but the best part was the terrace with jacuzzi and bbq where we spent a lot of time relaxing, eating and drinking.
This apartment would suit anyone who likes to look after themselves and wants a totally relaxing holiday.

Fifth floor penthouse a stones throw from the beech and benalmadena marina, a lovely friendly bar on our street, and if you don't like to go out much, everything you could need for self catering,plus a barbeque, and a massive balcony area with table and chairs and sun loungers. The only downside was we payed a bit more, but like they say you get what you pay for!

This apartment was amazing, clean, fully equipped and in a quiet area but still within walking distance to all bars, shops, restaurants and the Marina. The lady who welcomed us to the apartment was very helpful and we were able to drop our bags off earlier and then go for lunch until we could enter the apartment. Highlights were the huge terrace which caught the sun all day, the fabulous jacuzzi and the lovely swimming pool. The flat itself was super clean and really nicely furnished, everything was to a superb quality. The air con was also excellent. We used the private BBQ twice which was also a bonus. Having stayed in Benalmadena many times and tried an assortment of hotels and private apartments, this truly represented the best value for money and we will definitely book this apartment everytime we come back to Benalmadena.

It's a new appartment very well furnished at the fifth flour of the building (with elevator).
Great living room with a very relaxing couch. A small but very well equiped kitchen, with a brand new micro wave and dish washer.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a kids bedroom. Airco in bedrooms and living. Nice bathroom, a bit small, with shower and bath, toilet, bidet en washingtable.
But the best part of this appartment is the balcony with of course the jacuzzi. 3 brandnew sunchairs, table and 5 chairs. Outside kitchen and shower. Washingmachine in the closet on the balcony. View on the mountains, Benalmadena and the ocean. Nice location near the beach, shops and 5/10 minutes walking to the most beautiful harbour of Europe.
We had a really great stay and we will certainly return. -

We visited the apartment in the 1st 2 weeks of the school holidays. We got a Taxi to to apartment which was very easy to find. We arrived early and apartment was being cleaned so we got the key, dropped off our cases and when for a drink. When we returned the apartment was all ready for us.
The apartment was fantastic, plenty of room and a wonderful terrace, bigger than any I have stayed at before. The beach is a short walk away and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance.
We hope to return to this apartment again in the near future
