What makes this house unique is that each of the bedrooms has an amazing view of the river and its own access to the deck. We are located right on the river just 5 minutes from downtown Bend. It is next door to Sawyer Park, which has an access bridge to go across the river to a trail that goes along the river for biking or walking. We are 30 minutes from Sisters or Mount Bachelor and Hoo Doo for skiing. The house is located on a coul d sac in a private gated community.

I stayed in this beauftiful home on a three day weekend in February. The location was great for going up to the mountains to go snowboarding. The decks outside are extremely large and give a great view of the river. The house is filled with very up to date and contemporary televisions, appliances and decorations. It is extremely clean. A must stay if you are visting Bend.

My husband and two girls (ages 4 & 7) loved the house! As did I. It was so open and spacious. There was more than enough room for our family. The view was great, my husband and daughter walked out the back door to fish!
We all loved the huge master bath! My favorite, the kids could be down stairs playing or watching tv, while we were up cooking or listening to music. And so close to everything (stores and restaurants).
We will defiantly be returning for many more years of family fun! -

Wow! What a great experience. This is a beautiful property overlooking the river with fantastic views of the canyon and great river access. We enjoyed the elegantly decorated home and were very pleased with its' proxmity to Bend's many amenities. A+

I stayed here with a group of friends for a long weekend. The deck is a fabulous place to sit and relax in the sun. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are well maintained and comfortable. It is the perfect retreat for a group of friends or even several families.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Bend. It is close to everything..It sets on the river so you can enjoy the view from anywhere...We had the fun of seeing the otters play and the baby ducks playing. There is easy access to trails the connect wonderful spots. It is a great place for teens. The house has separate bedrooms and spots for 3 couples easily. The kitchen is especially nice and well equipt. We have returned and intend to do it again.

The location on the river was peaceful and fun. Swam, fished, biked (great biking/hiking trail along river), and enjoyed the restaurants in Bend. Also Bbq'd two nights on the deck overlooking the river. Great times all around.
