Lava Flo is a large three bedroom Craftsman Bungalow located on Lava Road between Franklin and Louisiana, directly across the street from the McMenamins Art House. Flo has two full baths, with a historic ceramic tiled cast iron bathtub, and a huge, tiered yard full of lava rock walls and fruit trees. Flo also includes a hot tub, gas range, stainless appliances, flat-screen TV, wireless internet, gas grill, and comfortable mid-century modern furniture. The location is one of the best parts of the house. Your immediate neighbors are a Montessori School, a Catholic Church, and the Rectory. The neighborhood is quiet but is on the edge of the downtown edge of the Historic district, with McMenamin's Old St. Francis right across the street, the old Reed School, Post Office, and Drake Park all within a few blocks. Downtown restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping are all within 2-6 blocks from the house.
