Fay is a Modernist's dream with style to spare and an incredible union of indoor and outdoor space. Located in the quiet Westside residential neighborhood, two blocks from the Deschutes River, and two blocks from the coffeeshops and bike retailers of Galveston. Fay is ideal for the traveler who wants to enjoys the benefits of experiencing Bend like a local within walking and biking access of nightlife and dining. It is also a great option for noise-sensitive travelers who enjoy being able to spread out in a private and contained residential setting.

In the main home there are t...wo bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other a queen. Each room has immediate outdoor access to the fenced yard and new Marquis hot tub. There is one full bath with shower/tub, dual flush Toto lavatory, and lots of modern details. The large, open kitchen is equipped with high efficiency gas stove, dishwasher and Smeg refrigerator. There is also a dining area and large communal space with flat-screen TV and I-pod compatible stereo. There is marmoleum, cork, oak, and walnut throughout with solid wood doors for quiet and privacy. Furnishings include a down-filled sofa, Saarinen-inspired chairs, mid-century originals, and thoughtful remakes.

The large fenced yard includes a hot tub, an outdoor concrete gas fire basin filled with recycled art glass that can serve as the center piece for large outdoor gatherings or provide a toasty setting for enjoying the starry nights regardless of weather. This yard is dog friendly and very private.

Please inquire about the "Pool House" for extra guests. The Pool House is a separate, detached bedroom and full size bath. Located next to the hot tub, it is furnished with a king size bed, Peter Hvitd sofa, and adjacent bath with radiant flooring and modern appeal.   Just returned from an absolutely amazing weekend in Bend with a group of girls to celebrate a Bachelorette Party. Fay was just incredible..we were all so impressed by the house..it was totally adorable, spacious and acommodating. We hiked at Smith Rock in Redmond on our way down Friday, so the hot tub in the back yard really came in handy! The house was located 1 mile or less from just about anywhere we went during our stay. Floated the river Saturday afternoon, had dinner at Pine Tavern (which was a great place also - great food & service!), and bar hopped the rest of the night. A lot of friendly people there. I am looking forward to having another opportunity to stay at this home again in the near future! Thank you so much for the fabulous weekend!
