The Shasta Loft is a favorite for its downtown location and style in Bend, Oregon. A one bedroom and one bathroom modern 650 square foot "loft" situated above a two car garage with a washer and dryer and private access is a fully equipped Bend vacation rental. The Loft has gorgeous mountain view from the balcony and is very open, light and bright with vaulted ceilings and several skylights throughout which offers cozy comfort for two to four people and is pet friendly for small pre approved pets.

Take in the views of the Cascade Mountain Range and the charm of the quiet Old Bend neighborhood from the front deck with your morning coffee or sipping a glass of wine while gazing at the sunset!

Enter upon hardwood floors and granite counter tops in the fully equipped kitchen with a four burner gas range and breakfast bar for two as well as a rich dark brown tall cafe table and two chairs. Right off of the kitchen is a large deck with patio seating for four and gas bar b que grill for sunset dinners.

The living room features a sofa sleeper, gas stove, flat screen television, dvd player and stereo sound system and a small deck with seating for two with mountain views. Cross ventilation combined with a ceiling fans provide maximum air flow throughout the open floor plan.

A queen master suite with skylights with a full roomy bathroom make this a perfect spot for quick getaways or extended stays when visiting downtown Bend, Oregon.

A very short and easy stroll takes you to downtown Bend for all of the fine dining, breweries, restaurants and boutique shopping as well as Drake Park. In the other direction is the same easy walk to the Old Mill District for movie theatres, shopping and the Les Schwab Amphitheatre for concerts and events. This home is located less than two blocks out of downtown and Drake Park (Deschutes River runs through Drake Park) and easy short 4 blocks to the Old Mill District. Quiet 'Old Bend' neighborhood, walk to Jackson's Corner for coffee or delicious dinner or check out downtown for boutiques, coffee houses, yoga. Easy access to the Les Schwab Amphitheatre.
