We take a yearly trip for our ski/snowboard club, and this house was perfect! Really good location, close to downtown and the mountain. Property was in really good condition. Managment staff was very friendly and helpful. We will defenitly look to Bend Dutch Vacation Re tals for our future trip!

Salem, OR, United StatesGreat cozy lodge in Bend
Left on 01/04/2013 for a stay in January 2013
The Moose Lodge was an amazing place to stay. We were going with a group over New Years and Bend Dutch was nothing but professional. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and handled any concerns with professionalism. The rental itself was in great condition with plenty of amenities. To be able to play pool or sit in the hot tub in the snow was great and there was plenty to do whether in the rental or in Bend. The location is just 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor driving in the snow, so it would be faster in better conditions as well. This made for a quick trip for a day of snow sports for us.
I would highly recommend both the Moose Lodge and Bend Dutch Rentals with no issues.Response from Bend Dutch Vacation Rentals - 01/04/2013

Left on 02/28/2012 for a stay in February 2012
While staying at moose lodge we were advised that a maintenance person was coming to fix some items in the home. When we returned that afternoon the same items were unfixed. There is a chair in the dining area that the seat is not attached and if you move the wrong way you fall through or off. We fixed the dish washer, and nothing seemed to be done about the master bedroom tub drainage. Whoever is the maintenance person did not perform their duties. That's more of an FYI to BendDutch then a knock on the home. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much.

Hi: Thank you very much for the heads up, and follow up. When we contacted the maintenance person he stated he fixed the rocker in the living room (?), wires got crossed somehow. He did correct the dishwasher and check the drain, yet, we are cleaning today and will abouslutle double check. And I'm pleased everything else went well. We'll see you next year and good luck at the events. Sue

Eugene, OR, United StatesMoose Lodge Review
Left on 02/17/2010 for a stay in February 2010
The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our group and each room was very nice. The bunk room worked out particularily well for the 3 girls. We really enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. The location on the SW side of Bend was great as we skied Mt. Bachelor one day. Restaurants and downtown were close and easy to get to. Would definitely stay there again.

Lincoln, Ca., United StatesClean, convenient and relaxing!
Left on 09/17/2009 for a stay in September 2009
Great location, very nice area, quiet neighborhood. Comfortable house. We are mountain bikers and the garage was very convenient to store and work on the bikes. None of us smoke so the no smoking was very important. The only comment I can think of is that to protect your walls in the pool room there should be a "shorter" pool cue stick ( 6-8 ") for those shots that need it. (Against the wall and windows.)

Left on 07/26/2009 for a stay in July 2009
All was as advertised except the condition of the dining room set. A chair, already rickety, splintered upon sitting on it, and set my guest crashing to the floor. Apart from this, the property was fantastic

portland, OR, United StatesMuch of the furniture...
Left on 04/28/2009 for a stay in April 2009
Much of the furniture was in disrepair. The bench on the front porch had clearly been broken and glued back together, the railings were not very solidly put in so you barely wanted to lean on them, and one of the beds upstairs had a side rail falling off of it. Also the shower in the upstairs bathroom drained very slowly. My biggest concern was that if any of this had been broken during our stay that I would get charged for it even though it was clearly already broken. Fortunately nothing did break while we were there but it made me nervous putting up that much of a security deposit when there was so much potential for things to break.

Eugene, OR, United Statesfine, not great
Left on 02/04/2009 for a stay in January 2009
The house was fine, there was just enough room for our 9 people. I have stayed a number of other places in Bend/Sunriver and I would say that this was subpar. Little things caused that. It was nice to have a pool table, but all but one cue was broken and that one was warped. The CD player was broken. There was random junk in some of the closets and cupboards. The TV was older and smaller than in most rentals of comparable price. Same goes for the hot tub. You could tell by walking through the halls that the construction was poor. There was less room than other places I have stayed for the same price. However, the location was great, near Subway and the Great Lakes Brewery. I had good interactions with the property manager. We had a good time, it just wasn't a real memorable place to stay. - Aaron not Erin.
