The villa offers a unique perspective of the beauty of the Costa Blanca. Set in a quiet urbanisation it offers two double bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms, and a open plan lounge/dining/kitchen. The villa backs onto the very private 9x5m pool with its own bar and sunbathing area. To the front is its al fresco eating area with spectacular views of the valley, mountains and the Med.

Each bedroom has a Slumberland king size bed with memory foam... to ensure a good nights sleep. Both en suites have showers (no bath). What makes this property different is that bedroom 1 is accessed from the lounge by stairs down. The second bedroom is accessed by an external staircase up. Ideal for two couples to make the best of their own space!

The kitchen is a real feature of the property offering all home-from-home creature comforts (oven/grill, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven). Mind you there are plenty of restaurants in the area, so the big decision is whether to eat in or try the local cuisine!

The dining area is next to the kitchen and provides a glass topped table and four chairs.

The lounge is comfortably and stylishly furnished from where the stunning views can be appreciated.

A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the utility room located next door.

The swimming pool is a real feature of the property being surrounded by high walls ensuring privacy. There is plenty of space to soak up the sunshine or to eat and for those who enjoy the local vino a bar in the corner!!

The urbanisation is set about 2km away from the village of Benidoleig, so a car is essential. The 'pool bar' is located just round the corner offering drinks and food (seasonal hours) together with a large pool and tennis court.

The village offers a few bars and restaurants, but within a 15 minute drive your world is your oyster! Enjoy the Costa Blanca with its sandy beaches around Javea and Denia. Top rated golf courses, go-karting, shopping centres, quaint villages, mountain walks, cycling there is literally something to suit all tastes.

Whether you chose to take it easy or cram as much into your holiday as possible you will love the peace and quiet when you return 'home'. The villa is located on a mountain top in an urbanisation of similar properties. As most of the properties are lived in all year round it has a more homely feel than some developments. It is a very maintained place and feels secure and is very tranquil.

This part of Spain offers so much choice according to the type of holiday you want. Its mountainous and makes for great walking and cycling holidays. Drive to the coast for more life or inland to see the real Spain.

A car is essential in this location to make the best of the facilities. There is private parking for the villa.
