Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Excellent location, tired property needs to be updated, clean or renew carpets. All lights should have working bulbs. 2 very rusty Bbqs not cleaned!! Reception by staff and required repairs carried out promptly. Golf was a great added bonus with very friendly members. Monty's restaurant excellent good quality food very reasonable pity they only had one bottle of the wine we selected.

We had two adjacent properties for a family of 9. They were both in very good condition, well equipped on a beautiful golf course in a lovely area. The beaches were easily accessible and even though it was august the beaches were not crowded.

The accomodation was OK, we had stayed at these cottages 2 years previously and they were in a lot nicer condition then, several pieces of essential cooking equipment were missing and it took a couple of days to get them replaced, and when I asked about a vacuum cleaner, I was told there should be one in there, but there was not, hence we could never put the cleaner around all the time we were there.

We enjoyed our stay the accomodation was adequate for what we required and the golf was very good and an added bonus especially for myself and my son. The weather was horrid and that is what spoilt the break so really very difficult to review honestly.
