Description from the manager
Flamingo Villa has three bedrooms. The bedroom on the main floor is equipped with air conditioning and two double beds. There is also a separate complete bathroom and shower on the main floor. The master bedroom on the second floor has its own private balcony, a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with a ceiling fan, mosquito net and television.
The third bedroom is at ground level with its own entrance. It is fully self-contained with a small kitchenette comprising a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning and en suite bathroom. The room opens onto a private balcony facing the sea.

This is my second stay in Bequia with my friend who visits regularly with her husband, we knew that we wanted to be on the west side of the island to catch the evening sun and beautiful sunsets for which Flamingo Villa is ideally positioned. It is a short walk to Princess Margaret Beach which is personally my favourite and where there is a good bar/restaurant, Jacks Bar. But be aware if you can't do steps, there is a bit of a hill and two set of quite steep steps up to the villa from the beach/road. There are two good sized terraces in the villa with a fabulous view over the harbour, the pool is shared with the villa above and is on a different level to Flamingo villa which wouldn't be ideal if you had young children however with the beach so close we didn't use it. Although we didn't need it also be aware that the third bedroom is accessed outside the main accommodation on a floor below, which again isn't great for children, so really it is two bedrooms, one with a double and one with two double sized beds, each has an en-suite. There is parking which is great if you have a hire car and the surrounding gardens are beautifully maintained (sloping). I would recommend the villa for its views and great location alone, however it is looking a little dated now, in my opinion it could do with a bit of a spruce up and some decorating.
