The apartment is fully furnished with housewares, utensils, linens; everything you need to live comfortably from the moment you arrive.

This apartment is located one block north of the University of California, Berkeley campus and the shuttle bus to Lawrence Berkeley Lab. Walk to grocery stores, shops, banks, post office, public transportation tourist attractions and Berkeley's famous 'Gourmet Ghetto.'

The restaurants, boutiques, and galleries along Shattuck Avenue and Vine Street in North Berkeley emphasize unique, artisan-production, and its sidewalk cafes, flower stands, bakeries and fine food purveyors lend the area a European ambiance. The area is alive day and night with music at the Cheeseboard Pizzeria, Mint Leaf, and Chester's Tapas Bar in Walnut Square, and wine tasting each afternoon at Vintage Berkeley Wine Shop.

Daily rate based on 3 people $150. Cleaning upon departure $90. Daily based on 4 people $175.
Weekly rate based on 2 people $900.00 + $100 cleaning upon departure (daily rate applies to any extra days).
Weekly rate based on 4 people $925.
Long term rate applies to rentals of two months or longer. Inquire about rate.

For Visa Credit Card Payments a handling fee of 3.5% will be applied. Please advise on form of payment when making a reservation so the invoice can prepared accordingly.

Cancellation Policy. In the event of cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival or in the event of an early departure, the Tenant (s) will not be reimbursed for monies already paid to the Oxford Apartments. It is at the Landlord’s discretion as to whether a deposit is reimbursed in such case. All other cancellations, which are over 2 weeks from the arrival date are refundable but are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. This can be used as credit towards any future booking made by the same client within six months of the cancellation.

  We stayed in this apartment for one week during our visit of UC Berkeley.
  Staying in this apartment was one of the best part of our stay, and was a much
  nicer experience than staying in a hotel. This is one of the four apartments
  maintained by the same family, and is probably the only one from which you
  can see Golden Gate Bridge (in the distance). The rooms are comfortable and
  you can see all kinds of channels on TV. The owner's family was very helpful
  and flexible. Highly recommended for visitors of UC Berkeley and other visitors
  in the area.

  Wonderful fully furnished apartment in great location

  We stayed in this apartment for two months. It was completely ready to move in and had everything we needed (including a big flat screen tv and broadband). The owner/manager is very nice and very helpful. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated and sunny. The location was perfect for us- a short walk to UCB, close to public transport and basically right next door to tons of fabulous restaurants-- French, Japanese, Thai, Nepalese, pretty much everything you could think of. It's also an easy walk to several grocery stores and drug stores so we got by without a car for the time we were there. I can't really think of any drawbacks to this apartment or neighborhood, basically we can't recommend it highly enough.
