Our studio flat is recently renovated and has capacity for up to 4 people to enjoy your holidays.
The area where it is located is one of Berlins sweet spots, with lots of cafes, galleries, restaurants and tourist attractions close by.

The Graefe-neighbourhood "Graefe-Kiez" is one of Berlins nicest. In between two parks and crossed by the Canal, its traffic reduced streets invoke a vibrant street life. Little shops, cozy cafes and bars and special creative kitchen restaurants are to be discovered around the corners. It is the perfect place to walk around, enjoy the summer sun and meet interesting people.
Also many places of interest are only a short walk or bike ride away! Visit Check Point Charlie in 10 minutes cycling or walk to the jewish museum along the canal.

After being a travel agent for 25 years and having visited half of the world, I must admit my standards became rather high. Well, I found nothing to criticize here. The appartment is great, decorated with taste, the view on the inner garden guarantees absolute quietness, the neighborhood is quite fun. Lots of restaurants (try Yogi at the corner!), 3 mins walk from M41 line. Your host is very nice. When we took the stupid decision of walking from Ă–stbahnhof to the appartement we made her wait 90 mins longer than expected. And we were met with the brightest smile. Definitely one the best addresses you can dream of in Berlin. If you go there, say hello for me ;-)

Everything about the apartment was great! The location, the design, the furniture, the check-in process... All of it was perfectly suited for a wonderful vacation in Berlin.

Create host and the apartment. Although it's pretty close to bar area its's very quite. It's ideal for couples. Love the wooden floor and high ceilings.

I stayed at this apartment with a friend for a week and it's a truly fantastic place. apartment block is nice and peaceful but is also only a short walk from a great spot full of bars and clubs, or a train that'll take you straight to the center of Berlin.
Can't recommend this place highly enough. -

Was an absolutely wonderful stay. Was exhibiting in Berlin and loved to "come home" every evening to a neat and flashy place, with all accessories we needed. We will definitely be back at our next expo. Best KK design, Barcelona.

Our stay in Kreuzberg was wonderful,
it was the second time we'd stayed in this area which is lively and has everything you could possibly need.
We biked everywhere, I ran most days either along the canal to the Spree or to Tempelhof park, went for swims at the two nearby pools, had great lunches and dinners in the area and it was always a pleasure to come back to the flat for a nap or just a short rest between walks or rides.
In the evening there was no need to go very far afield for a good dinner or a nice stroll!

The apartment is quiet, very bright, a well-equipped kitchen.
The bed is good and clean.
Check-in and check-out were easy.
Surroundings are very pleasant, we enjoyed walking around the building.
Only a little disadvantage : more than sixty steps to climb !

we stayed in 10 apartments around europe and this one definitely felt most homely (in a good way!) Gorgeous bathroom, comfortable bed, everything we needed in the kitchen including spices etc. Easy access to public transport, great value for money.

With my family we went to visit several cities in europe, one of them was Berlin, where we stayed at Carols place. The apartment fitted well for us four (two adults / two kids) and my wife was very happy that she could cook for the small ones and had everything she needed, even a washing machine.
The area was just perfect for the kids as everywhere are parks and playgrounds, almost no cars and traffic so they could just run around and we didnt have to worry all the time. When we come back we will try to stay there again. -

We loved our stay everything you need for an awesome stay in Berlin. We stayed over Christmas and the kitchen had all the pots, pans and utensils we needed to cook a feast. Marcelo was fantastic to deal with and if we are back in Berlin will stay again and recommend it to all our friends.

I stayed with both my kids in the flat in Kreuzberg. We had a very gentle and warm welcome when I was handed out the key. The appartment was super clean, very stylish but really charming and everything lately renovated.We even had coffee and wine in the kitchen, and fresh herbs on the balcony for cooking.The location is very romantic, a nice quarter of Berlin, with lots of interesting shops and nice little restaurants and coffee shops.Public transportation was really close for reaching every corner of Berlin easily.Thanks to the wonderful appartment we really felt at home in berlin We will surely come back soon!

I stayed at this apartment for 3 nights in September. I enjoyed everything about my stay but in particular, the location was just perfect. The apartment is on a quiet street with ample free parking spaces but still just a short stroll from parks, U-bahn stop and tons of great restaurants. Indian, Vietnamese, Sushi, German, great bakery/coffee shop, cute shops... This neighborhood has it all.
The apartment itself is very spacious. You get about three times the amount of space as what you'd find in a hotel for the same price. It was nice to spread out and have use of the kitchen. Decorated beautifully. Quiet and cool at night. Pretty view into the courtyard below. Comfortable bed and pillows. Giant towel.
I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the apartment to anyone. I stayed alone but the apartment is certainly big enough to sleep a family or group of 4 people. -

This is a superb apartment in the heart of super cool Kreuzberg. Great surrounding area with canals, bars, retro shops & plenty of character. The host was perfect and couldn't have done any more to make my stay a wonderful one. Highly recommended

We spent a week in the apartment and are more then happy about our decision. the place allowed us to feel exactly like at home, located in one of the most beautiful areas in berlin. it was very clean and we received a warm and enthusiastic welcome. everything was simply perfect and the way i wanted it to be (the stay was my girlfriend´s christmas present :) )

Really nice place to spend your stay in berlin. I had the flat for 5 days in january with 2 of my friends and it was exactly what we needed. Its really central and you have everything near by. I really hope next time we go to berlin this flat will be available for us :)

Amazing journey in warm surroundings. Great location and cheap neighborhood, easy to get around - cool and friendly people! Clean and cozy, am definitely in for a second round!
